Steadily becoming mediocre. Having shopped here for 5 yrs I have a good idea of what lightshade used to be. Prices have steadily increased while quality has gone down hill. The same 6 or so varieties that are ok are all you will find on the shelf, would be nice to see something new every once in a while. The black shatter and wax, they'll try to tell you its plant material but it is heavily oxidized and the thc is degrading well below the test specs. Card services are inconsistent with sketchy bit coin and gift card transactions so who knows who gets your card info Nice people work here but you can tell they are happy with the status quo and not looking to improve the place. Made my last trip in today and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.Update: I appreciate the manager responding to this, but was not referring to the in house cheap wax/shatter but the private label offerings that are the majority of the concentrate. Your live resin is good but priced high compared to most other shops. Abandoned my reward points an haven't been back since the first review and am a happy customer of The Health Center now, hr drive for me but none of the frustration of lightshde!

I find it comfortable here because every single time I've been here everyone is super nice & easy going. They are always playing good jams whenever I go in too, making any small wait go that much faster. I've just never had a bad experience with any of their people or products since I started shopping here 3 years ago.
