The "bud tender" I dealt with upon entering made it clear (repeated many times) that she did not work there, nor did she "even like the smell of weed" she also did not know how much a quarter ounce was supposed to weigh! She basically stood there looking at me and my friend waiting for us to make a descion without any guidance to what they had, as we were new patients to the store. The bud was sub par as well as any "deals" they had. Deffinatly will not be returning. In the future maybe dont let someone who doesnt know what their doing work in your establishment? 100% will never suggest someone going here, you can get way better meds for way better prices literally anywhere else, FROM PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.

This is my "go-to" store. April is the best, she has such an upbeat and honest energy she makes even the most anxious patients feel at ease. Brandon is also very knowledgeable about the products they carry and was friendly as well. I could probably find product at cheaper prices elsewhere, but the welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, and variety of flower keep me coming back here.

I am going to stop coming here there is a tall skinny lady.Idk if she is the manager, but there will be a line of people and she will not wait on anyone.She will put up stoc k ,count stock, answer the phone etc.This place is not close to me so I go out of my way to come here and I am getting to the point of if I am not in the area I will not stop here.I understand stock needs to be counted and put up, but when you have a line of people waiting that's not the time.Dont @ me.I stand by my post.They need to have more than 2 people working🤷🏿♀️

I go in a couple times a week to add variety. The people who work there are knowledgeable. They are very nice and go out of there way to get you what you want. I always feel very comfortable there and I think they have great products have a nice selection of bud in my opinion for all budgets and they have a great selection of edibles and they taste Great.

I have never received great quality meds here. This place was more of a back up stop. I gave them three chances. Last time I stopped in the bud tenders couldn’t give me THC % on the buds. The prices had raised due to the renovation maybe. The quality had not. Still bottom to mid shelf quality. I left without purchase.It also has a tiny half hallway as the check in area / entrance after a redesign. Physically disabled customers may find the cramped entry area difficult with increased incoming traffic. Though I have never had a traffic issue there, it is something to be considered.

I stopped by on my way up North for some gummies. I didn't have time to go over to Dort Hwy. I always had good service before..my mistake.. there was no one to check my card, I waited about 5 minutes, I had to ask the two people, who were too busy eating, if anyone was working...got the female to come to the front. Got checked in and was told I could go in but maybe someone forgot to tell her how to work the door...then was told to wait until they got V (I won't say the woman's name) checked in. The door still didn't open... dude in back had to do it? Dude asked what I wanted and I told him gummies. But before he served me he had to explain how the ranch dip did a complete flip and landed right side up. Then dude asked me again what I wanted.... finally I got the gummies. He asked if there was anything else, which I really did but I had already stood too long already, I said no I didn't have time. I used to drive from Bay City to go there but no more! Maybe the counter people need to stop sampling the products so they aren't too high to remember they have a job. Only left the star so I could write this.

Terrible customer service but mostly good product. I asked for green crack they bottled it up as usual then handed me a container that had sour og in it. this happened twice on seperate occasions. Its good product but make sure you stare at their hands while they’re getting it for you because they smoke too much and mess up. Also they actually lick the joint paper instead of just using water so i don’t buy the pre rolls...it would be cool if they’d wear gloves too ijs. They won’t hear any complaints either so here i am

First timer and they saw me comin..... told them all about my intake prior to med card. 1 out of the 6 items I got, actually worked. Called back and was told to start keeping a log cause I got all the wrong items for the desired outcome. That way I knew what to and what not to get next time. NEXT TIME??? Lmao. I don’t know what I was expecting maybe some effort to make it right. Hope my ne t experience is better than this.

Super huge rip off, and they stopped doing any veteran discount. Just go to the Genesee County Compassion Club or if you're running out of time, just go to another dispensary. 60$ for 1/8th of something you'd find at the club fir 25-30$. Also, just to let you know they ran a discount a long time ago that if you pick them five stars you got a discount on your product so most of those 5 Star reviews are bs, only put on there for like a 10% discount on their purchase at the time.PS: the eighth weighed up right, but the pre roll of the "top shelf" looks about as big around as a noodle, used with zig zag whites.

Might as well just went to a back alley dealer for as much as we were shorted. Unacceptable from a "legitimate establishment". Individually packaged grams of bho weighed out at .78 and .85 when buying a whole qtr. Wether or not they would choose to make it right would make no difference to me at this point. Would never use this med station again. Period. Just a complete slap in the face.Update: zero professionalism, attempted reimbursal consisted of a replaced gram weighed on used dry herb scales. Flower particals throughout now. Made assumptions about card holders because I sent my girlfriend due to the frustration. How they stay in business with that level of service is beyond me. Tons of better places in Flint. Mad I ever recommended.
