A customer of Lionheart for over 12 years, Mostly Helena/GF; have only been in Bozeman for 1 1/2 years & have dropped close to $ 2000.00 on Glass, Electrics, Parts & Misc. consumables. I have always purchased from the Owner & other male employees; NO PROBLEMS, pleasant FUNNY dealings, like a BUSINESS SHOULD be. Until I went in seeking help with a product I purchased, (Ripely), there for $199.00 when everywhere else it is sold for $99.00. I paid Full Retail price at a BUSINESS thinking they would give help when & if needed; why else would someone go to a BUSINESS that charges twice as much as others? Did I receive any Help? Absolutely not! In Fact A very IRRITATED IRRATIONAL FEMALE came out of a mini office when I asked for help and told me to leave & called (3) Bozeman Police officers to harass a 63 year old 3rd Generation MONTANAN with 4th & 5th generation living in Montana. SO AS OF NOW MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NO LONGER SPEND ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT
