Something shady is going on there!I heard from Valley tenders that they wouldn't be surprised if they close down permanently in a few months. Mostly why it's hard to get anything there anymore. Bring Sublime back too!

Leaf life was 1000x better. Since harvest took over there are never any good deals, most of the vape cartridges are battery specific and the ones that arent like dream steam are straight trash. The people that work there are awesome, but the shop itself is expensive. Go to oasis, a bit of a drive from here but they still have fire bud at great deals

Greateful they are here. New management would be nice. Hard to believe the customer facing staff has such an attitude with customers during a time with so many people without jobs. Ive never seen a smile from the front counter. Product knowledge could be better, its hard to really get any information from the staff regarding product quality. Ive had 3 wrong online orders here, you can not check your order so you have to drive all the way back. Some competitions would really be nice.

The online ordering is a joke. It’s supposed to expedite the process so that you’re not sitting in the waiting room for 30 mins but that still happens even with an online order that’s been ready for 45 mins. They also take forever letting you know that your order has been filled. Over 20 mins just to confirm my order is ready via text. I’ll just use that 30 min wait time to drive to a valley dispensary.

Just recently went in and my bud tender BRADLY !! so freaking amazing . He had a smile on his face ready to tell me the great deals they have and showed me some meat breath that looks and smell soo fire! He was so good to me I recommend this bud tender for sure !!! He takes his time and makes sure you get the beast deals and great good bud !! Thank you bradly ! (:

I loved leaf life. it wasn't my main spot but I have certain engagements in casa grande so it was convenient location for me to pop into and whenever I did I was NEVER disappointed. always good quality always great service and always a compassionate and personable crew. welp that was until tonight. tonight was my second time coming to this location since the harvest buy out (which I had no love or hate for as harvest is another location I'm quite fond of) however tonight I was turned away at the door 10 minutes before closing......I was a little taken back by this, considering my prior engagement would typically take me up until 8:30 then I would rush to lead life and at some times I would make it 3 minutes before closing and there wasn't even a hesitation on being taken care of. leaf life held honor and integrity to their claim and were clearly more about putting the customers first, they stated they closed at 9 and they did. this new "harvest" location didn't seem to wish to follow that model. they makes claims of closing at 9 however they leave the door unlocked just to let you know they will not assist you because, well they want to clock out at 9. I could understand if I called in and said "hey do you think I can make it" and was met with a "probably not" however I was two feet inside the unlocked building and refused service 10 minutes before closing??? well if you close at 8:50 then that's what you need to put as your buissness hours as it's a great inconvenience to believe I have time to make it when it's really just at the discretion of their feeling like. besides that 10 minutes? never have I ever spent 10 minutes just trying to "figure out what I want" and even if I wasn't the quickest with deciding 10 minutes is plenty of time for one tender to take care of me whilst the others continue their closing duties idk though I'm not back their I'm just saying what ever leaf life was doing to make that happen successfully could easily be followed by this new harvest location.

Someone needs to shut down the idiots running the place. Customers are held hostage waiting for the idiot staff to do their job. Shut it down and someone else will fill the void and provide acceptable customer service, especially because they will know why the other place had to go. Folks can drive to Chandler in 25 min and get better service and prices are better. Seriously, nothing will change unless you hit them in their pocket book !

First time visit this AM. Over 10 people in lobby when I arrived to register. After about 45 min, I noticed they had waited on only 2 people. Another 10 people had arrived...twice as many people as chairs in the lobby...This is by far the worst place, worst service, highest priced MMJ dispensary Ive witnessed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. After an hour I left, I never did get service or make a purchase. They are now owned by HARVEST... the elderly woman at desk is very proud of horrible service.

Twice they have messed up my point so i couldn't get my meds from better dispensers! And twice the weights have been under. I have two digital scales, and check every time! I'll take a polly! I'll only go to leaf life now when i have no other options or they actually have a special that isn't a bag of shake! Its a shame tool because some of the employees there are nice and do there jobs.

This place is usually good and has the best employees. But late noon this recent Friday you had the rudest cashier as to date. I couldn't get her name but she was an old woman. With awful customer service!And on top of that she kept my ID and never gave it back! I barely realized it just today that she kept my ID. I go to pick it up and thankfully they still had it. And the nice girl working today gave it back. Whoever that old lady was on Friday who kept my ID and never gave it back to me. I hope you know that's very unprofessional, and can lead to termination.
