Super nice folks all around but do be aware of what you're being billed for - the system of having a Budtender help you pick out strains and someone else grabbing the product and ringing you up seems to cause a bit of confusion. My husband and I picked out their Bloodstar strain, which has two levels of potency, wanting one of each. We didn't realize until we got home that both were rung up at the higher potency and price but received two of the lower potency strains. To make matters more convoluted, I was told I was receiving a strain with 15% THC, and he was getting 19% THC yet the packaging indicates they're 16%. Perhaps using different names in their system - maybe Bloodstar Light for the lower potency one - would help. It was an honest mistake I'm sure and despite overpaying by about $20 (plus tax), we would still return. Just, like I said, with a little more attention to what we're being charged for VS. what we're receiving.
