First off...5 Stars. 10 stars if it were a 1-10 scale! So this was my first trip to a medicinal dispensary but it definitely won't be my last :) I live in Ohio w/a medical marijuana license and they were more than happy to accept my out of state card and driver's license...as per state law(s).A very friendly staff greeted me as I walked in the door and once I gave them my basic info, it was just like seeing a doctor at a clinic...waiting room and all, lol :) After a quick 5 min wait, a door opened and much like a nurse, my specific Budtender called for me by my first name. Her name is Gwen and she was the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable Budtender I've ever met! She helped me to feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process :)Liv Wellness has a wonderful selection of flowers, edibles, topicals, wax, and much more. They have a happy hour with different specials everyday and if you park in a paid lot, they'll give you a pre-roll as a comp!Thanks so much Cafe Liv!

I am a first time mmj buyer, and they were amazing at helping me navigate the system. They were patient, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile. My bud tender was also very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. As a person with multiple sclerosis, it means a lot to know there is a place I can go with confidence. Plus, I was very happy to get the Ohio patient discount, the first timer free gram, and the free joint! What more could you ask for? Thanks, Liv Wellness!

Liv Cafe charged my debit card twice for one transaction that totaled to $49,82, and refused to compensate me in anyway, and Instead they suggest that I contact the creditors. When I suggested to the man at the front desk that Liv Cafe should be compensating patients, as I am apparently not the only people this is happening to, the desk attendant ignored me, and proceeded to suggest that I was upset over losing $49, and then used this information to MOCK ME! The desk attendant’s name was CARLOS. I’m sorry Carlos, but $49 is a lot of money to some individuals. I don’t think it’s very funny to make fun of people for their financial situation. Carlos is the most vile, rude, and unapproachable person I have ever met working a front desk position. I used to hold extremely high standards in regards to this provisioning center, but after the treatment I received today I will not go back. I would really like the money to be returned to my account, but I’m sure that is too much to ask for. I will call for legal action if need be.

Recent trips were a total delight. As an Ohio patient, it's a long, dreary drive. What a relief to see smiling, friendly faces when you finally arrive. This most recent visit however, could not have been more different. I understand that Liv is in a college town, manned by college kids, and nothing is more important than college sports... But maybe when a patient ascends the stairs the several faces behind the front counter might have at least glanced away from the TV to smile my way or greet me warmly. Instead my presence was obviously more hassle than anyone else was willing to deal with. Casually brushed off with out so much as a split second of direct eye contact, I announced myself and asked if maybe I'd arrived at a bad time, it was a little late after all. No, open for over an hour longer, and then talked down to by a clerk or manager half my age, a tall black gentleman with glasses whose condescending attitude, unfriendly tone, and dismissive manner has guaranteed that not only will I never return, I will be warning other Ohio patients to simply stay away. I really thought Liv was a great place, but if this is the kind of staff that's taking a front seat in patient relations... Obviously I was wrong.

Great dispensary with good flower & plenty of great prices on the flower! Can’t beat getting an 1/8 for $20! The prices vary from $20-$60 for the 1/8, it all depends on if you’re getting top shelf or not. I never get top shelf, but the strains that I’ve received from Liv were just as good as top shelf but the difference is I’m paying less! The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll keep coming back as they offer a rewards system where you get points for each $1 that you spend and then you can redeem these points for a free pre-roll or even a $50 credit or more! I definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone that wants good bud, good service and it’s fairly quick especially if you order online! Ordering online is much faster than just walking in.

Oh em gee! Let me tell y'all, I just ordered for the first time today , had it delivered too. BUT the BEST part was I paid nothing for delivery for being a first time out patient . Allison made a 45min drive in this snow storm , when she arrived she was VERY PROFESSIONAL & had a great attitude ! I will be ordering more & recommending you to EVERYONE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR AN AMAZING EXPIERNCE !!!!!!!

Okay, I really like most of the staff and now can online order. But I have to be honest as it has bothered me, the front desk guy with the glasses has made me uncomfortable the two of three times I went in. He even went as far as to look in my file for my phone number. Saying something about housing. I didnt want this interaction nor did I pursue it. I don't even want to go back unless I know he's gone. That's a huge breach of privacy. And my husband was not okay with that.

Super chill friendly welcoming environment, with an even better atmosphere once your name is called! Great supply, budtenders know what they are talking about! Bonus; they sell calming meds for your fur animals! It has helped my anxious boxer so much that it saved me a $400 vet visit!!Thank you Liv Welness and the incredible staff from the very kind security guard, to the front, to management y'all rock!!!
