Unfortunate to hear that they dismiss a genuinely sweet employee. Wrongful termination by Pradeep the executive director, no sympathy or empathy. Left my friend without a job after she resigned and worked her last day at her pervious employer. She was unable to make the second day of her orientation due to her coverage calling off last minute, and being the exceptional nurse that she is, didn't want her patients to go without care. She called ahead of time to let them know she couldn't make it for orientation, they agreed gave another scheduled day, only to recieve a voicemail a few hours later letting her go. I can only imagine how this man Pradeep is towards his staff and patients. If you read this Pradeep shame on you!
