I've been looking for a new regular dispensary (my favorite changed hands and isn't the same). I'm something of a vampire, so I've been looking for a shop that was open until midnight. But I should add that customer service is always my most important criteria.So tonight I try Livegreen, and I was very pleased with the experience. First, I'm disabled, and very worried about catching the coronavirus. These guys have social distancing shopping down to a science. The selection was great. I am sorry to say that I did not get my budtender's name (he wears glasses), but he was amazing. He had answers for all my questions, took time to listen, and then responded with great suggestions that suited me very well right away. All that, and really nice too. I'm a mature woman, and I didn't feel uncomfortable or out of place at all -- quite the opposite. I'm really pleased I've found a new "regular" dispensary to visit.

You see.. It's all about customer service. I have been going here for a little over a year consistently. Just be yourself, everyone is great there. Great quality meds, decent pricing. I shop there 4 times a week, no kidding. Rachel is very kind, cheerful and informative. Never change guys! Veritas has the best joints!

I have been coming here for years and this is very disappointing. The weed quality has gone down tremendously. I just took a road trip around the country, marijuana is not even legal in New York City they're quality is better and their prices are the same. This is the 1st time I came here and left without purchasing anything. The weed that was presented to me was brown.

I have been coming to this dispensary for over a year now, went in tonight and purchased an 8th as I usually do. Pulled the car to the 7-11 and bought cigars, rolled up a fatty to find out what I was sold was not marijuana, i have never had this issue with these guys @ live green, what was supposed to be marijuana, was not, it was very very poor in quality and smoked an tasted like tobacco. I caught a instant headache. The M.O.D was willing to sell me more bad marijuana (Mason) instead of correcting the mistake. I will no longer shop at this dispensary. I will no longer buy already packaged marijuana. It's really sad that a place like this was willing to lose a long time customer rather than correct a mistake. If your looking for great marijuana I suggest heading to mile high dispensary. Sorry live livegreen this relationship we had is over. Thanks for being a money hungry manger and dispensary, willing to sell its customers anything to make a quick buck.

Spent over $2,000 in this store in 2019 alone.All their flower is pretty good, just watch out for the ones with weird names such as "Jabberwocky" and "Bluezzz Cubes". Always smell your products before purchase, and very rarely should you let your bartender make the decision for you. Keep the strains genetics in mind too, typically, any strains that have GSC, Sour Diesel, or Og gentics will almost certainty leave you satisfied

This place is a good dispensary. They have good product and they have multiple specials/coupons that are, frankly, very good and worth the trip alone if just for quality to the dollar. It may take some repeat visits but I've gotten great deals from it long term over many dispensaries trying to just keep flat low rates. Also I have to give thanks to an employee named Richard, he very much maximized my purchase involving some deals and really went the extra mile

Went to their new location I go to give a my rewards loyalty number and they tell me O now you have no reward points because they don't transfer over from our other location so if you wear a customer from their other location you have lost all your points so there's no point on even shopping with these people anymore go to someone That is closer to you you have lost a customer for good all they have to do is hook up that computer from their other location and pull points that way so they keep their customers happy that on lose any and this happens will never be going back to these guys again

I agree with the reviews where you feel rushed. They operate like you are cattle on a butcher block when they call your number like you are in a deli. I picked up their lucky #8 8th for $10 and for the price it's ok. The buds are tiny and overly dried. No sticky. Just crumbled. Burns dark ash. Like I said for the price it's ok.Kind Love on the other hand were super patient and friendly, but had less competitive prices. They provided me with a microscope and chop sticks to handle and inspect. Never once did I feel rushed to make a decision. I paid $30/8th of their Tahoe Alien and I got big hugs that were rock hard and sticky.If cost is a determination factor go with Livegreen. As a light smoker I'd rather have quality.

I have been to this location so so many times, but most recently i have had a handful of the worst customer experiences ever. The prices are decent, the bud is good, but the customer service is absolutely awful. The cashier named Ricky, on three occasions has absolutely 100% ruined my experience, and i would go as far to say my day. He is incredibly rude, doesn't answer any questions with any depth, and rushes you through the entire process. I had to ask 2 times the prices for different quantities because he listed them so incredibly fast. IF i ever go back here there's no way I would ever let this guy serve me. You're supposed to enjoy your experience at the dispensary, not be rushed through it.

Just went. Have been frequenting this location since a friend works there and the product offered was good at a good price. While getting checked in today the guy breaks my ID. There was a crack but by no means too far gone. In fact it had been accepted in the same condition for several months prior. I am not so angry at the fact it broke but the fact that he tossed me out afterwards saying oops it was an accident. No actual apology was made. I called in to speak with Richard or Jess as they are the managers. Spoke to Richard. Same non apologetic attitude was givin essentially told me it was my own fault. Breaking someone's ID has a big effect on someone especially on Christmas Eve. I'm glad Richard informed me that the DMV is still open and not to late to replace my ID. He is right. However there is not time to repair the disrespect givin. As good as this place is/was there are far better out there. Go there.
