I emailed them and included pictures, also messaged them from their Website and no reply nor resolution option provided. I want to try the product but I guess I'll buy it from some other company to do so, since this is unusable.

Wow the staff there are completely rude and very pushy I felt really rushed didn't even ha e time to look at my options. When I asked what the best deals on 8ths were he said this is what I have let me very briefly smell the small sample and quickly put it away and said okay you satisfied will there be anything else the way he said it with such an air of total disregard for basic customer service skills it was just blatantly rude and it is the worst experience I've ever had I never have even complained about any other dispensarie I've ever been to on the website or Google maps but I felt it was quite nessacary to share my experience. I only hope the bud I literally felt forced and rushed to purchase was wlrth it I just wanted to get out of there. He even cused at me at the window where they check id's... Pitiful customer service the security guard was nicer than the guy who I took to believe was the management or something. Finished
