With all due respect "Dallen Park". These "illegal" transactions you speak of, are on behalf of the patients, not the Living Rose Clinic themselves. After the Living Rose provides the meds to the patients, they have no control over what the patients do after they leave the clinic. If the patient goes around the corner and sells it to a street dealer, that incriminates the patient, not the clinic. The clinic is MEDICAL ONLY, hence you need a medical prescription to shop there. They always check for my medical prescription whenever I shop there. As long as they continue to do so, and continue to operate within med clinic guidelines, they WILL be exonerated of any wrong doing on the federal level. The patients sign a contract saying they will not resale their cannabis upon getting their med card, if they do so, the patients are the ones that will get arrested and have there cards revoked.
