The place is clean staff are friendly but then I was told that I could either use my MILITARY DISCOUNT OR MY POINTS BUT CANNOT HAVE BOTH even though at other dispensaries it’s common practice for using my military discount and any points and/or credits for each transaction. I will only go back for the caramels until I can get better or at least same elsewhere!

I am reluctant to write this review for LivWell. I would like to state that my visit quality varies drastically every time I go to LivWell. At times I get a great bud tender who goes out of their way to make sure that I am going to have a great day. Like Jess. At others I get someone who doesn't understand what I am looking for. (I don't care about the number on the package.) I want the name, (the smell*), the quality of someone taking their time to listen to what I am looking for. I just don't get this quality of service regularly enough. The quality of the product is always good. The weight is accurate about 75% of the time. Which admittedly swings both ways on the scale.Overall I have to state that it's really up to your bud tender that day on how it is going to turn out.I would love to give a 5 star but because of being asked by LivWell to write a perfect review I can't. As the very act of requesting it goes against Googles review policy. If LivWell is reading this it is okay to request reviews. Just not 5star reviews.

I've been going here for over a year now and usually get the same few tenders one in particular I've always have had a good experience and get exactly what I'm looking for is kalvin you should really give that man a raise lol always great customer service and he is vary knowledgeable about almost all the merchandise in store great place great service great weed lol

I will continue to shop here like I have the last 2 years. I don’t buy flower. Mostly concentrates such as shatter, wax and distillate cartridges. Can’t say enough about customer service here and I’ve always been satisfied with my purchases. The one time I did have an issue with my cartridge was with Crafts old design but the managers at Garden City LivWell got me squared away immediately. Thanks guys. I’ll continue to support you for going the extra mile to help me out.

This was my second time going since turning 21 and I was having issues with my points but Tyler my bud tender and Jordan his manager helped me out a lot. Tyler was able to help me pick out some good prerolls and made really good recommendations. I’m already a fan of livwell but now I know I don’t need to go anywhere else. 👌🏼👌🏼

The quality of flower has gone way downhill after this crises. Pre weight only has one strain and that’s memberberry. Literally the only indica this place has to offer. I just finally got a different strain this year called dark bar #1. They are afraid to trim so most the flower is leaves. Smells like any weed you pick up from outside on the ground. It has turned into weed from miami. It’s like smoking palm tree.(Update)- they gave me a 30$ credit to replace the extra leaf and stems. Thank you guys.

I’ve always had a good experience making purchases here at LivWell but today, today was different, since the pandemic the workers have suggested using the online mobile ordering process even suggesting that if you order online you won’t have to wait in line!! And you could even change or add to your order once inside with your bud tender. Omg who could refuse, right?!? Wrong!! I was told that I could no longer add or change my order after today because other people were complaining about this process. Like tf?! First off the whole point of ordering online ahead is so you don’t have to wait! Second your website does NOT Specify the kind of purchase you are making only that it’s sativa, indica, or hybrid. So of course when I go in to pick up my order I’m going to want to change maybe even add to my order. I just think you should not be offering that kind of service if you can’t let others know that that’s how mobile ordering works! Promote them to use it instead of letting them complain to you how it’s “not fair!” SMH I’ve been a faithful customer since you all opened but this, this is some BS!!
