Worst Dispensary In CortezI bought 1/2oz for nearly $80 after tax. Checked my bag later. They sold me 1/8th, labeled as 14g. For $80. I confirmed this a few minutes later on a personal scaleTook it back 15 minutes after leaving to correct it and was turned away at the door. They never even attempted to make it right. YOU DONT SELL 1/2OZS IN EIGTH JARS. THIS WAS DELIBERATE, NOT ACCIDENTAL.

Worst experience ever, I waited for over a hour as a walk in. Online order constantly jumped the line preventing the walk in line to move!I said I’ll try to order online and jump too, nope! Their website store is GARBAGE, my 12 year old nephew could create a better site that functions.Site isn’t user friendly everything is bunched together! I won’t be coming back!

Been to all the dispensaries in Cortez but this is the place I would always recommend to anyone looking to get great deals and great service. (Other places are too expensive for cheap products). Anyone who ever said livwell has bad service... no! just bad customers looking for pity with free products. This is by far the best place and I go there all the time. Thanks Livwell I very much appreciate your service and the smiles I see when I first walk in! Keep it up livwell. You will definitely hear from me soon. :)

We are regulars and they always have the best medicines at great prices. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful finding the right match to your needs, Mitch is our Tender regularly and has a working knowledge on my wife and I's preffered meds in all catagories, a big shout out to you my good sir. You will enjoy the experience definitely and remember when you can folks tip your Bud Tender, they are friends not clerks.

I’ve had a really great experiences here for the most part, I can think of only one time right before closing that A dude that worked there didn’t want to really answer my questions. And I’ve been there 20 plus times. This last time I went my bud tender Beau helped us out with all of our questions and was the best I’ve encountered. You got a love a man that loves his work.

I LOVE 😭 LIVWELL SOOOO MUCH. Always a great time when I go in. Even when busy it’s never along wait! The last time I went in Kyle helped me and he was very nice help me get the right stuff I needed. All the staff at live well is amazing never been to such a great work environment where there is always good energy 🌻🤙🏼! I will always go to livwell when I’m in the area 💯

For a second dispensary experience, I couldn't have been more disappointed. The facility seems so cold, sterile, and uninviting. People running around everywhere talking at the top of their voices. No real greeting from anyone. Just "give me your ID." The people at the check-in looked us up and down like we probably shouldn't be there. Prices aren't horrible but tax isn't included so you have to guess. It seems more like a corporate business that just wants your money as opposed to actually caring about your needs. My recommendation would be to check out Doobie Sisters. Our experience there was amazing and they seemed to genuinely care about helping us. Their prices are fair and they include the tax, so it's easy.

Visited this place 2 years ago & just found it again on Maps. Wanted to leave a review because it was the best dispensary I've ever visited -- from the best prices to the welcoming staff. We spoke to an older gentleman who's name escapes me, but he was one awesome dude. This is what it's all about; experience. Often times, dispensaries can feel corporate, cold, & rush you along. These guys genuinely love what they do, & they should. They provide a killer service with honest pricing.

I have been to a couple dozen dispensaries across the US. From expensive to cheap, they all had decent customer service and you usually got what you paid for in terms of quality. Not at Livwell Cortez. Their customer service is excellent (I try to go to Jason every time) and I leave there every visit knowing I got a great deal. Great product, reasonable prices and excellent daily deals. I always leave happy.

I was looking for my first shop after moving to the area and called the livewell in Cortez to get some more information about what the establishment carries and was greeted by a lady who seemed nice but shortly became annoyed and mildly irritated at basic questions regarding pens and batteries. I asked her what she would recommend and that I was just getting ideas on stores in the area and she hung up. Seems this store doesn’t have any interest in the consumer, just the product sales.
