My last visit, I wait through the forever line to finally be told they don't have the 1oz pre-measured available. But... they'll sell me 2 .5's for $20 more if I'd like! Not the first time to be disappointed AFTER waiting in the forever line.Not to be all negative.... the selection is good for varieties and quality of product and everything seems to be run smoothly.

As a medical client, I was having a bad experience here, getting lost in the enormous recreational crowd. I encountered a rude female medical budtender, the only one for medical when there looked to be at least 15 others helping the endless stream of rec clients. I said, excuse me is there any other cashiers that can help me? She replied-No, the other medical budtender is at lunch, no one else can work these registers, you have to wait and I am not going to rush for you! After 20 minutes of waiting, I was fortunate enough to see the manager, KANE, come in. and he changed everything! As only best, most professional, customer service focused managers can do. Kane is without a doubt the most responsive, kind, and hardworking manager, and is an amazing asset to this place. He absolutely turned a bad experience around and he should be commended for it! Thanks so much Kane!

For the most part this place is great. I always come here and have had great reviews. Today was not such a great experience. The bud tender was so unmotivated which is something I have never seen at this location. When I drive from Wyoming and stand in your line, I should walk out with something! I was given a choice of two strands and told

The last 2 times we were thier pre pack has been of very poor quality. No high to speak of. I'll drive the extra 100 miles. To Wheatridge and Arvada. Better prices better quality. Be awhile before we are back

Since I have been going from state to state and dispensaries Alissa (if name spelled correctly) showed extravagant customer service and was patient in the midst and this I do appreciate and she needs to be recognized in some way hopefully financially! Thank you!
