My husband and I went into your store on Evans and had a terrible experience. First we were told we could not shop together, even though we are quarantined together. Same address on both our IDs, as can be checked at the first check point. My husband is easy to buy for, I am not as easy, but I was told because it was his account I could not use it. This is a big change and we got no notification about the change. Now our point expire and I can't be on his account. This makes no sense. We spend about $150 to $200 each time we go in, and usually have a great experience. Please consider letting couple shop together and rethinking the account services.

My very first experience going into Livwell was this evening. I came in, unaware of a price change as I was told it was a certain price out the door. Carrie is such an amazing and kind soul! She is very knowledged and very friendly. I did not come in with enough, as I said before. I was three dollars short of a gram of wax, and this sweet heart pulled it out of her OWN pocket to help me! Carrie, you have made a loyal customer and I will forever be grateful and remember that you have helped me in this time of great need.I really like the precautions they are taking to ensure safety in this time. They have signs everywhere reminding as politely asking customers to stay 6 ft, and are doing a very good job of it!I was truly blown away when I walked back to the area to purchase. There is an...outstanding collection. I love flannels so I was drawn to the quality fabric and the different designs. The pieces were beautifully blown and looked so perfect. The selection of bud, wax, and edibles is too high for me to even recount but I was blown away.LivWell is a very good dispensary and I tip my hat to all of you working right now, putting yourselves potentially at risk, to help us. You are angels ❤

As my neighborhood go-to dispensary, I've got nothing but love for this Livwell location and its staff. Everyone there is kind, informative, and helpful. There is always a deal of some kind to take advantage of, and their points system seems legit since I often get the perk of $5/$10 off on whatever purchase. Their in-house dab strains are dope. I go at obscure hours and rarely have to wait. When I do go during busier hours, it still is worth the wait. The budtender builds rapport with you and doesn't rush your selection process which is appreciated. Thx Livwell workers!

Okay associates...they don't seem to have much urgency. The store in Greeley could handle a greater amount of people in a much shorter amount of time and with much more kindness. Disappointed to go from being treated like a friend and valued customer to being treated more as a number and paycheck in Denver. Love livwell completely, just disappointed in this specific location. Maybe some training could improve this location. Sorry to leave feedback of my negative experience. Waited 47 minutes for 14 numbers. (Have picture proof if ever requested).

From the moment I entered & saw the huge charging station, I was reminded of an Apple store. The place is huge, the lobby can probably hold about 30 seated & 100 standing. They’ll give you a number when you check in & mine was called within 5 minutes.The actual dispensary part is even bigger, with every kind of Cannabis product you can ask for, along with their own Gold & Platinum series flowers. The budtender, Alyson was extremely knowledgeable on all their products & she made some excellent recommendations when I told her what I was looking for. Also grabbed a pack of Willie Nelson’s pre-rolls(excellent!!!), a Kavier Moonrocks cone & some Bonsai Blunts, to go with my flowers. Also joined their Rewards program, which Alyson explained, so it’s definitely worth it. I’ve found a new dispensary that will definitely be my go-to for everything Cannabis!!Make sure to ask for Ty or Joe S., they’re my 2 favorite budtenders & they’ll definitely take care of you with 5 star treatment!

Picked up a value ounce today of kosher kush. I usually really like this store but my ounce was wet not cured or dried. Pretty much if your in Colorado the weed is dry. Why is this so damp I can’t even smoke out of my bong. I will let it set with the lid open for a few days hopefully it will be much better because it looks good but nobody wants wet marijuana.

Just be warned check your product as you leave considering i got 2 disposable pens didnt check the second one till today and because its over 3 days ago that i purchased them they wont exchanged or refund in anyway!!! Absolutely refusing to do anything to fix this situation. This used to be my favorite dispensary now its at the bottom of the list!!!!!

If I could give them less I would. All I wanted was an 1/8 as advertised for "$18.90 out the door", and yet, somehow I paid $25.50 out the door. I used my debit card and the charge went from $18.90 to $23.00, at least by their receipts it did. By the time the charges posted on my account, the charge was $25.50. Oh and the clerk gave me $1.10 in change, that's when I assumed they must have charged my card $20, lol how wrong was I. On my way out the door the clerk tells me I now have $5 towards my next purchase. Is it me or is this a very underhanded way of making the customer pay an atm fee whilst charging a fee of ur own and passing it back as store credit to get that customer to be more than likely to return to their business. Well I have to say, it was poorly planned, people in today's era actually pay closer attention to their funds. Oh and not one person there informed of any fees, they just took my money and smiled. I was the only one who didn't know what I was actually paying.

The guy at the reception desk was so kind and welcoming. He chatted with me about a few things first while I was waiting (so sorry I can't remember his name. Bigger guy.) And then my number was called and I went inside where Jerk Face Mike helped me out. He was AWESOME. He was so patient with me, answered all my questions, showed me a bunch of different products, and told me all about each of them. I really really appreciated all the help, kindness and education I experienced at LivWell. I can see why they had such great reviews! I will definitely be back again and will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a place to shop. Thank you so much for making my experience such a positive one!

Save your money literally. Went there two weeks ago to get a cartridge refill. Just opened it the other day as my previous one was about spent. Attached it to two different fully charged batteries and it would not draw at all. I tried this several times with no success. I took it back not knowing about their 3 day return policy, and they would not replace it without my receipt, which I must have thrown away. These people make millions of dollars but won't exchange a $30 dollar DEFECTIVE cartridge. Lesson learned. Save your receipt. I will not return. Too many other honest dispensaries.
