I have always enjoyed my visits to livwell however lately I have noticed something that really disturb me. I am African American and l have seen at the Larimer and Federal Heights location there is racial profiling. I was ask to lower my mask twice while a customer who was caucasian or white wasn't ask once to lower their mask. I have been coming to livwell for years never had any issues until now. The flower is excellent and and the bud tenders are really cool but the profiling is just wrong.

After making this my #1 spot for product for the last 7 months, it comes to an end today. You lost a customer because of poor common sense. I buy a product, it doesn’t work. I bring it back, with the box that has your date of purchase stamp. Yet, I still can’t get replacement because of no receipt. I get it, should’ve kept it. But being a member, spending consistent money, loyalty...means nothing. Peace

I live livwell for many reasons great prices is one and their rewards system is cool helps save money. My new reason is their customer service and understanding I have had bad luck with vape carts in the past but a nice lady named tamayillis helped get a return on a faulty one. See you guys on Tuesdays

5 stars for sure!! There's no doubt about it. LivWell on Larimer is the place to go for all your cannabis needs. I've purchased everything from flower too concentrates, as well as smoking devices. Never to be disappointed or feeling like I was pressured to buy anything. The staff was very knowledgeable and dedicated to making my visit exactly what I wanted from a dispensary. Maddy, my sales person is the best. She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. To be honest this place gets 10 stars from me!! 😎.

I was very frustrated walking in because my CSC Artisan cartridge was not pulling or working at all. I bought the cartridge on the 3rd but did not have my receipt and was very frustrated because I wasn't told I had to keep my receipt for a return. So I just decided to wait in line and try to buy another one. As I walked backed there I was greeted by Sam and Travis and boy did they really change my mood around. Travis did everything he could and actually found my receipt from the 3rd and was able to do a straight return which was absolutely amazing because I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new cartridge which sucked but I really appreciate him taking the time to find my receipt and making it right. Both gentlemen were very respectful and I will continue to keep bringing my business to LivWell.

Was very high taxes was crazy 25 bucks they did not have many good things to choose from they was not to friendly not to many places to park because of bars in things around she was looking at my friend crazy when he ask about the deals smh!! I went downtown to starbuds in they was great good weed and dab prices was not to crazy today was shatter day tax included in your opinions they where very friendly in tell u about they deals

If you don't mind asbestos particles and lackluster service this place is okay. I had a concern and asked the manager (short woman with dark hair and a constant scowl on her face) but I guess I was there during busy hours (no one in the lobby waiting) because my questions about return policies on a glass piece I was looking at didn't go without a measure of perceived annoyance from her. I'm taking my business to Euflora or Buddy Boys up the street. Livwell indeed. I thought that the misspelling was just a way of being clever but obviously it's a symbol for the company's overall inadequacies.
