Went to LivWell today 05/19/2020 at around 6 to look at signing as a member. Service was rude, they pushed me through, they made me feel uncomfortable with social distancing, they didn’t know anything about the product that wasn’t on the label, it was such a bad experience I didn’t sign over and left without making a purchase. If you want real good weed in the area, I tried A Cut Above down the street and they treated me like a medical patient and not just a customer.

I love this shop! This has been my go-to spot for almost a year now! Always a great selection and in my opinion very reasonable prices for members! I’m usually in a little later in the evenings and almost always encounter Frank. What a great dude! Always super helpful and friendly, asks about what’s going on in my world and genuinely seems to care. Thank you Frank and thank you LivWell!

In general, LivWell has pretty decent cannabis. I've been happy 2 of the 3 times I've visited this location and I'm very hard to please. Customer service has been outstanding all 3 times. Athena has given the best advice so far and was able to provide an indica that conformed to my specific needs. Prices are decent here, but would like to see member benefits a little more stout. I currently get 2.5ozs a year free at my spot, plus great prices.

This has been my dispensary for years! Each budtender is knowledgeable and has always treated me as an individual, and not "just another customer/patient". They're respectful and actually LISTEN to me and what I'm looking for. Emily took care of me the last time I was there, and although she wasn't as familiar with me as some of the other budtenders, she treated me as if she's known me for years, which made me very comfortable. She is a great asset to the awesome staff at a wonderful dispensary! Bottom line: I've never left LivWell on Nevada disappointed, and I plan on being their patient for many more years!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Ive been a loyal customer & member at LivWell for many years and today i was cursed at for asking to see a selection(trying to use my EPC). Adrianne gave me the worst attitude to the point where I was almost refused sale. I need my medicine and it takes me an hour just to get to get there. Very disappointed and probably going to end my membership over that experience. Acting like you don't care about the company or it's patients is not manager material...

My husband went in tonight for a couple grams of wax. One is fine, nothing to say other than it is good and consistent for us. The other we got for the first time (Mahatma Jane Doe), it is old, smells old, looks old, feels old when broken down and tastes horrid, not to mention the after smoke smell is like burning a year old J... this is the first wax we got like that but have been weary because of bad bud in the past. Not sure we'll continue going even though it's close.

I got one of their pre-weigh Oz’s, and it was loaded with seeds. I mean like 50+ seeds. Rappers delight was the strain. They are highly overpriced and seem to have a huge staff change every few months. I’ve found keif colas about half the price that livwell charges and other places seem to have better products for considerably less money. It stinks because I would love to go there because they are right by my house. The staff is pretty helpful and nice even though the product and prices could be better.

This is Michael Ellison. I am reviewing the store on Nort Nevada. A professional atmosphere. Amy Mcgurdy is a extremely knowledgeable budtender. Amy has always asked how my M.S. and Rheumatoid Arthritis is doing that day. She will give a rundown on any specials and new products. Amy always has my best interest in mind. She has exceptional knowledge of how the medicine works for the body. I fully trust Amy with my health. I rate her at the highest level. Thanks to Amy, my medical marijuana questions are always answered.
