I picked up some memberberry 5/8/2020 and what they sold me we used to use for hash making as no one would have bought a bag looking like this garbage does. Many of the tiny little boosal nubs have an inch or more of stem attached. Over 1g stems in an eighth. Terrible. The staff is very friendly but whoever is in charge is cutting every corner to sell weight rather than good product.

I understand you are busy but there are other employees to help, right? If you have busy times you should have multiple employees. I wanted to make a large purchase but don't want to deal with rude employees so you lost my business. I've tried other Livwell locations and have had the same interaction, just rude employees. I want my old dispensary back, definitely looking elsewhere! Also, doubling prices?? That is making me lean towards going back to prescription meds as they might be cheaper, help a medical card holder out!

My wife and I stopped by last night to pick up a few things. We were greeted with a smiling face and checked in. We were given our number and asked to wait. The lobby was comfortable and the wait was shorter than expected (we had quite a few people ahead of us). Once we got into the show room, Ellie greeted us and made us feel welcomed. We already had an idea of what we were shopping for and Ellie made some great suggestions. We left with some great flower and concentrate. We love Livwell and love that we get the same excellent product and customer service at each location!!!

Amazing location, friendly and knowledgable staff. Always have strains and sales when we are at this location. Love their selections, quantity, and quality. Also, like their suggestions, attentativeness, questions, and variety of choices. Lastly, from the front door to purchasing and exiting this location, we have met trusted and amazing staff. Two outstanding staff members we would like to recognize is Anthony and (Or)Lando. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends.

I have been coming to LivWell and this location exclusively for over a year, 3x a month. Bought a defunct cartridge recently which took over 20 minutes to diagnosis and even though they admitted the product was bad and I hadn't taken a single hit, they wouldn't make a return given that it was outside the window. When a company knows their product isn't working and has inconvenienced the customer, that is when the return policy bends (or maybe just not make the person making a return wait in line in the first place). You just lost a loyal customer.

I have always found very educated and helpful employees at all of the LivWell locations in metro Denver. Today was exceptionally! I needed something to help eliminate sciatic pain. Tom spent about 15 minutes helping me to decide which product would be best for my needs. He really knows his stuff, telling me the pros and cons of various products and not pushing me to purchase more expensive items. I feel confident that the information he gave me was solid. I will definitely be heading back to this location.

Being from the lame state of MN where none of this stuff is acceptable, I was definitely easily identified as a tourist here. Anthony was absolutely amazing. He had the answers to all my questions, he was very nice, informative, and he made my whole experience comfortable. The place is very well organized, and clean and I will definitely be coming back again before my trip is over!

I've been going here regularly for over a year but the last 3 months or so the bud they have for 60 an ounce is really poor quality. Serious swag. Leafy, taste like dirt, burns your throat. I've had at least 10 different kinds and they all were a waste of money. I've started going to helping hands in Boulder. Superb selection and great prices. They dont even carry any swag.
