Feedback:
We called a day in advance to inquire about Operating times and products. We were not informed that we should order in advance for pickup. We arrived the next day and were told to sign in and “wander around town” for “2 to 4 hours,” and when they call me, return to the dispensary. This individual did not tell me that there are 3 others dispensaries next door with 10 minute waits, and many more around town with no wait at all. The sign upstairs reads “Tourists Go Away.” They mean it. Do not go there.

My first and only time there. The people were really nice. That's why I gave this place 2 stars.but the weed All 5 Strains were 10 years old. Dry as dirt. Which effects the taste. Burns super fast, And I feel like I was screwed on amount . I bought 1 g And it was 1 skinny joint. Prices were a bit high for old bud.

Headed home to Co Springs from TX and I was headed to a different store. Switched up last min to this one based off reviews on Apple Maps and HOLY HELL BEST STOP FR FR High quality, great prices and staff is soooo dope! Been to plenary of shops state wide and this one sticks out in my top 3 EVVEEERRRRRR

Love this place. Good quality, good service. The only beef i have is how they've gotten cute with reward points, i.e. limiting when, and on what you can use them for. Otherwise, i dont think you'll find better bud for better prices in Trinidad. Shout out to Jasmine...shes good at her job :)Update...with the prices for flower dropping, I have to admit, reward points aren't as important as they used to be. ;)Update: they have pretty much takin all the reward points, and prices for preweigh have more than doubled, which makez them average priced, and in my opinion...greedy. too bad :(

Wonderful ambiance w/friendly accommodating staff. Flower is well manicured and produces the desired results. As a chronic pain sufferer several factors influence my choice of medication: smell, red/purple hairs, density, THC content, CBD content etc..amount of ash/resin & how fast it burns. LivWell supplies my needs with a smile & a welcome. The price is right.

This store is awesome it’s my favorite one to go to in Trinidad. They have really good deals! All the employees have great customer service skills. One of the coolest bud tenders you’ll ever meet is Regina. She’s very friendly , she has good energy ,and she genuinely cares about each customer. Every time I’ve went in there she’s always guided me in the right direction of what products to use for my own individual need. I trust her the most because she has given me what I’ve needed and a great experience each visit.

This place is great! Great selection, well organized and everything is priced right. The real gem here is the employees. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Tamara took great care of me. She helped answer all of my questions and made some great suggestions, she’s the best. I gotta say I’m blown away!! Don’t forget to tip your bud tenders when you go!

I love the atmosphere in this store. My favorite bud tender is Regina. She is very knowledgeable about what type of cannabis products you’re looking for. She meets each individuals needs. She is very bubbly and friendly I’d definitely recommend talking to her first. She’s been at this company since it opened and has a lot of experience in this industry.

Livwell in my opinion is the best dispensary in Trinidad, when it comes to customer service or top shelf quality it doesn’t get any better . A Employee named Tamara is one of the best bud tenders I have had the pleasure of dealing with , she’s always enthusiastic and always willing to help !! It’s a must you check livwell out while in CO

So I was given 10 dollars credit for my birthday was not told that the credits were going to expire at the end of the month (JULY) I live 200 miles away so I can't drop what I'm doing to run down there to go save ten dollars on stuff. So my ten dollars were taken away from me wow thanks for the gift that you take away from your customers. When I asked about it I was replied to by a very rude and blunt response so I asked to close my membership and without hesitation the rude lady closed it without even trying to keep a customer. That's ok I'd rather spend my money some place else than to give my money to a company that has no appreciation for there customers even if it is more expensive.
