Poor customer service. Manager on 12/18 fully acknowledged that they were having quality control issues with their Shango brand of pen products but refused to do any refunds because they said they didn't know if they could have been stored improperly or not as well. Why even admit you're having quality control issues with your products if you are not willing to do any refunds?
