EDIT: I have since called and learned that the no refund or exchange policy is limited to only flower - for obvious reasons. I went back today, one week later, with my defective cartridge with original packaging and receipt (habit now, since I've run into so many failures). They tested it and found it was a dud. Sadly, they didn't have another Plushberry, but replaced it with a strain of even better potency. I even bought some flower as a mechanical failure back up. I completely take back my one star and throw it back up to 5 Star!.......................................................................................................................Stopped in last Monday to grab something to make a crappy day a little better. Bought a Marley Black Indica Cart. Not even a week later it won't hit. Doesn't work on either of my batteries. I've cleaned them both with iso prop alcohol and raised the battery contacts to make sure that wasn't the issue. Nothing. Check my receipt... All sales final, no returns or exchanges.
