Amazing staff (especially the managers) - all very helpful, attentive, and super solid. They not only get to know you but get to know your preferences and budget. They have an array of great brands, original products, and can pin-point the exact flower, drink, or wax that satisfies all the highs! I absolutely love this place; it's definitely #1 all along the west coast :)

Great, clean store with funny, personable employees staffing it. I am always welcomed when arriving and scanned in as soon as feasibly possible. Christina is amazing with helping me find exactly what I need, whether I'm looking for something to help with my pain or to just have a good time. Definitely recommend this store & definitely check out their daily deals or ask!

Had been going to this place for a little while now, but will probably be finding a new location after my uncomfortable experience. Don't remember if her name was 'Bethany' or 'Brittney' or whomever, but they treated me in a very condescending way that I didn't very much appreciate. The smells jars were a cool idea- but ultimately ends up being a gimmick that doesn't really work well for half the products on display. Also saw some buds and brands that were *more* expensive than at other local shops. The same problem I find with Bud Hut.All in all it's a flashy yet uncomfortable experience. Impressive at first- but ultimately not worth it imo
