Weird process to buy weed. You get in line right away and then wait for a budtender, then after you choose your product you GET BACK IN LINE to purchase your product. It takes an extremely long time just to purchase weed, even if you put in an online order. There's also no one ever at the door so it get backed up with customers frequently. They need to hire more people because I know they're losing customers this way.Also my budtender couldn't reccomend any dabs/waxes because she admittedly doesn't like it!! Very poor service.

I love this Place! The staff are my favorite! They have very free spirited personalitys! This is why it gets 4 stars! What I dont like is your ATM system round up or down nonsense. Who does that? Also I do not like you us wait in line 2 or 3 times. Some of us like to browze around. It sucks when you feel like your holding someone up! Please free us!!!!

Amazing staff (especially the managers) - all very helpful, attentive, and super solid. They not only get to know you but get to know your preferences and budget. They have an array of great brands, original products, and can pin-point the exact flower, drink, or wax that satisfies all the highs! I absolutely love this place; it's definitely #1 all along the west coast :)

The people are great and service is great my only problem is the environment. It used to be full of good vibes and everything that comes with but now the music has just completely changed the shop. I must have stood in the shop for a total of 30 minutes just hanging out with the cool people that work there and not one high energy hip hop song but I know one thing and that’s that whoever chose the playlist is negatively impacting the store. The quickest way to get this review back up to a 5star and ensure your customers satisfaction is to let the people of the shop choose the playlist! They have worked here for a long time and know the customer base and have tailored it as such. #givelocalbackthejams

Great, clean store with funny, personable employees staffing it. I am always welcomed when arriving and scanned in as soon as feasibly possible. Christina is amazing with helping me find exactly what I need, whether I'm looking for something to help with my pain or to just have a good time. Definitely recommend this store & definitely check out their daily deals or ask!

This company practices false advertisements and has marijuana customers driving all over the place to get good deals they dont honor!! I just drove through traffic and way out the way to be told they wouldn't honor the 30% of your first purchase!! First they abuse you with over priced inventory and lure you in to not get the deal you commuted for but then try to bate and switch you when you get there!! They make the whole legal weed thing not that great.. Smh

My friend got some weed there today and it was suppose to be “top shelf” but it’s the worst weed ever, first of all it’s so dry that all the buds we’re falling apart and turned to dust, and he got an eight for 40, we had to take it back to the store and the manager said there’s nothing he could do about it unless he gets a new product, I feel like that’s not a way to treat a loyal customer, we had to drop the weed there and leave cos it’s not worth smoking without getting a refund or another weed, I feel the admin should do something about it. But for me this place is a great NO

I was a regular customer until today, everytime i get top shelf quality, but latley the quality has been bad and dry because it's been on the shelf for a very long time, the last weed i got was worse, it was suppose to be a top shelf weed but all the flowers were dry and crumbling apart that i couldn't even roll with it, i had to come in frustrated to show them what i got that i couldn't smoke it and the manager said there's nothing he could do else i get a new one, i had to drop the weed at the store cos i couldn't smoke it, great job guys, that's the best customer service I've ever had in a long time and I'll be eager to come get more next time.

Great clean shop with wonderful staff. If you ask for what you need it's much easier than trying to browse. While I love the cleanliness and the staff the displays and pricing in the cases are confusing and laid out oddly. I come in to this shop mostly when my preferred shop is closed for the night and I really want something, latest open shop in the area. Prices and specials are typically on point with other reasonable shops in the area.

Stopped into this shop over the weekend for the first time and have to say, I was blown away. First you are greeted with everyone saying Hi. Everything from the lights down to the little details of how it’s put together really brings out all senses, especially the smell bar!!!!!!!. Their selection is bigger than I’ve seen anywhere in Washington State! And cheaper too, they have price points that meet everyone’s needs. I’m a very picky person when it comes to what I like and I will admit I can be difficult to deal with. When I stopped in I had a few strains in mind that I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have what I was particularly looking for. But with that being said, the young gal that helped me showed not only exceptional customer service, but she spent 30 minutes helping and educating me on new strains to try based on what I came in looking for. I wish I would of caught her name because she deserves to be recognized for how well she does her job. hands down one of the best first experiences I’ve had in a shop. She had long brown hair and a tattoo sleeve. I will definitely be back soon!! This is going to be my go to any time I am in the Everett area. Thank you Local Roots -John Doe
