Weeds are amazing. No complaints about anything store related. However. When they ask for me for my phone number I “ALWAYS SAY” “NO THANK YOU”.Today after I said no. I watched the worker type a phone number. Irritated I was. I didn’t say anything. 10 second to me? Its money. I only stop at your store because its convenient on my Wednesday’s route. Not because I live close. I don’t want to wait for any staff to input a phone number after I’ve clearly declined. It’s rude. And I think it’s against your store policy.

I love this place most the time but online ordering is pointless. When I order online, I feel like I just end up waiting longer instore even though my order is ready. This last time was the really the worst though, I watched two people walk in without an order get helped immediately as I waited in line to be helped with my online order. Other then that super friendly and lots of variety.

The wait times are like everywhere else, price are like 90s street prices, now the customer service is 50/50. Sometime you get the really nice gals and sometimes you get Marilyn Manson's sister, nothing like leaving a tip while getting a scowling face, no thank you.....nothing. I get treated like that again no tip, I've bartended for years. I don't care how bad your day was or how bad a customer treats you. If they tip you, you at least acknowledge the customer tipped you. But I have seen them treat other people worse. 1 star. I don't need any feed back Cannahouse, your a couple of shops in a town full of them.

The staff is friendly and inviting. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. They have great prices, a discounts section if you're on a budget and a great variety to choose from. It's become my favorite place to find all of my THC products.Thank you Willie Nelson for opening this store.

The line was long but their online ordering is fabulous! I created, confirmed and placed my order on 2 minutes and it was ready in 2- 3 minutes after I made my choice. The other customers had a 20 minute wait still, 15 min maybe. In the end got some badass oil skipped the long line and on my way home 10min total. All their products are FIRE so much that I don't shop anywhere else.

I come over every two weeks I have got a great budtender her name is Jen. She actually took the time to figure out what I was looking for! Super nice and informative even went to get me a sale item from the back. Im super happy there and it is my only pot store! Codos Jen!! This place was my first store I ever went to. I tried other places but nothing even came close to this place. I'm home to stay with locals.

First of all, I am like Sgt Schultz from Hogans Heroes (which means that I am an old guy)..."I know nothing"- about CBD, but when I was experiencing discomfort from surgery (pulling on old suture areas and scar tissue), my Dr. said to give it a try- it couldn't hurt. So I did...and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful...educating me on the properties of the CBD oils and cremes, explaining differences between the various products, and answering a TON of questions about THC and CBD content and the various effects. She was a real doll for putting up with me and took about 15 minutes to take care of me asking me questions as well as answering mine. Long and short, I purchased two products to try out and see which one works the best. I cannot say enough about the help and information she gave me and the fact that she was willing to put up with my ignorance about CBD products for such a long time. Guess what- they now have a customer for good...and I will be happy to recommend them to friends who ask. (BTW, after doing some post purchase research, I will be getting some oil for my 11 year old Lab who has trouble with her back hips)

I live in the downtown area and I will Go to the valley and stop by the Local Canna House, of all the shops in the Spokane area and the valley too, for my more than just $10 ⅛'s but they've got those on lock too with high THC-A quantity & overall 22%+total cannabinoids if you're not doing serious business & only $10⅛s is your peak interests. But I go in w/50-75$avg walk out bag full of infused joints, kind buds I have a few minutes to get the opportunity to scope out with their own scented magnifying nugjugs that give you a fully functional view 2 sniferew the variety of chronics, both sativa Dom and Indica Dom as well as the hybrid of both strains in the shop available for G's, 8er's, quarters so on. And great provided daily deals on flowers, concentrates of all sorts, edibles from CBD only to find that one for the THC candy for you. Plus they have external use items that I have used and vouch for the bioavailability of the contained in them as listed on the package, I had to take a moment and be responsible adult for once and not go out after a patch and an infused joint put me on cloud nine for the rest of the night. So know your limit and realize these guys aren't pushing no schwag or something you'd be caught up with back in middle school. This place is my favorite in town and where I go for the good good. And so should anyone who'd be interested in the ubityooze, krizzidykronkron, and their own personal stash of OGpurplehaze dankcity w/Lambsbread headed into the Trainwreck fixed up with SourlemonGorillaGlue&a 9poundHammer swung by Jack Herer in Headband prepped for war with AK-47 and his pet Chemdog always by his side. The best hands down anywhere in town. The absolute best products, the most awesome customer service. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and helpfull. I can't wait for the new Locals Culture house to open next door. They already have a decent selection of reasonably priced glass, but the new store is going to be super amazing. I am excited to watch this company grow! I only shop where I get great service. If I don't get good customer service I won't go back. I am a long time loyal customer. I still sometimes visit other shops so I can say for sure this is the best. I have noticed they build a long term relationship of trust with their suppliers, and do the same with their customers. I

This place has become my go to dispenser, mainly because I am now using public transportation and my other choice is not conveniently located. Great Service and helpful staff... Not thrilled with the layout and it seems like they are a little bit more expensive, but they clam to have the best locally grown products and so far I have not been disappointed.
