You cannot run a restaurant with three people. 1 server, 1 cook, 1 manager(?).There were quite a few patrons there. We were left with the menu for a long time. Didn't get our drinks when we finally ordered them. Never got refills and my order was not complete when it was finally brought to the table.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The food was disgusting, and the wait time took forever. I am not the type to complain about customer service, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. My mashed potatoes were soggy and looked like a watery mess. My chicken strips looked like the were cooked in old oil. My friends eggs were watery as well! The staff was loudly arguing the entire time. Our waiter, Grace, was the only reason we stayed since she held a great attitude with us at all times. She’s constantly going back and fourth and deserves recognition for it.

This restaurant gets ZERO stars when it comes to updating their online and delivery menus. I'm going to try to get my money back from Uber, for food that I never recieved because the restaurant couldn't fulfill most of my order, and didn't have an assigned driver after 40 minutes. Uber charged me almost $17 for an order that never left the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they refused to cancel on their end because of "fees". It's not the customer's fault that they don't have the product they promise to their customers. I'll get my money back at some point, and I'll try to ensure that no one I know spends a dime at this location.

Service needs to be improved. My server never advised me about my hamburger order, then another hostess came & said she would check on my order, but she never returned & went to the other side of the restaurant to do coffee refills & chat with other customers. Only 4 tables on my side were occupies & 3-4 on the other side. It wasn't that busy, my waitress was absent, never asked if I needed anything else, like napkins . Lastly, I got the check delivered to table, but no question about the milkshake I ordered to go. Get more help or at least appraise the situation more. The food was all right.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were short staffed when my wife and I went, so there were longer than usual wait times for, well, EVERYTHING! The staff that was there we're moving just as fast as they could, and was doing an excellent job. The service was definitely five star, the overall experience, I have to give four.

Will never get the Philly Steak Sandwich again. We got nothing but 4 pieces of steak with a TON OF CHEESE on Chibta Bread. It said it came with grilled onions & pepper's. Well that was a laugh. What onions & peppers were there were diced. My sandwich was loaded with mushrooms and my husband's had none. We'll only order breakfast food from now on.

Stopped here to get some breakfast with my boys after playing basketball. Had a 15 min wait, not too bad considering it was on Saturday just a little after 12pm. Service was ok the waitress forgot some things we had ordered with our meal. Overall visit wasn't too bad, we were enjoying the atmosphere and making the time together special.

We stopped eating there when they started offering a different veggie burger which we didn't like, and several years ago my husband had to go gluten-free.Around Christmas 2018 we became aware of their gluten-free English muffin so my husband had it with the Build Your Own Grand Slam 🍞🍳I did the BYO burger, but unfortunately the veggie patty was the same as I remembered, but didn't like 🍔👎Nevertheless, for the holidays they offered these weekly coupons which had us committed once a week Jan & Feb, it was like a Denny's Advent calendar! 🎁💳Appropriately, here are some pics of their holiday decor, signage on a sunny day 🌞 vs a rainy night 🌧 and some vegetarian options.I got my salad fix with vegetarian-style Cobb salads 🍅🍽I tried the Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake Breakfast 🍌(w/cheesy eggs and no meat)Of course I had to try the Tres Leches Pancake Breakfast, topped with horchata ice cream 🍦😋My gluten-free husband had the FitSlam with a gluten-free English muffin and hash browns in lieu of meat.Although the BYO Grand Slam (choose 4 items) with the gluten-free English muffin is a great option for him, being vegetarian further limits his options.Online, there is a SLAM IT UP option of the Cheddar Cheese Hash Browns and the Scrambled eggs with Cheese 🧀We didn't see this in the menu of our most recent visit, so we asked about it. Either option is avail for $1.29, although it should be on the menu offered as a $0.99 Premium Option like the Seasonal Fruit.Online I'm not seeing the side dish of creamed corn, which was a tasty gluten-free option that should've been a larger portion; so we'd have to revisit before I could update my review.

It was alright service, not bad. We had a large party and got seated fairly quickly. The only complaint I have is all of the dining areas were closed and they crammed all of the dinners in one area. Made it a bit cramped. It wasn't terribly late either, plus this location is 24hrs?! Our server was quick and friendly and food was decent.

Only leaving one star because it requires me to leave one at all, this place is an absolute joke, my boyfriends food was so gross he had it taken away and totally lost his appetite then when it came time to leave instead of our server splitting our large groups check she told us we can do it at the front when we went to the front the manager SANDRA was the one checking us out my boyfriend expressed his distaste for not only his food that he had taken away but mine as well from tasting it and her response was “oh” and then asked us what items we had on our check we proceeded to tell her she then informed us our total was 16 dollars when he went to swipe our card we noticed the total was much more when he asked her about it she said “oh I meant it’s 26 dollars” we paid tipped and went outside our friends paid and joined us outside and then Sandra and the server chased us outside saying we dident pay for one of friends meals (when we specifically told Sandra what was on our check) she tried to say we never said it and to avoid any conflict my boyfriend went inside and paid the difference while he did that the manager and another employee were walking to their car just staring at us seriously disappointed with our overall experience and the lack of training the manager showed, will not be returning
