Had to come here my fave spot was closed. Wow Can they be any more rude. This is why i really don't want to go here anymore. every time I come here, the women they have working for them are extremely rude. Just ask a question you will find out how much of a low life you are for asking. never going here again nithier will my friends and (negative 5 stars)

I went to my regular store to get some rso for medical reasons and they were out of what I needed, I started store hopping to see if I could find and Lovely Buds had tons of what I was looking for. Im thinkin its my new place to get my stuff.Thanks for being an awesome pot shop!!!

I've been here a few times. This location has been a pleasant experience. Their parking lot is very small and on a busy road so they are not "packed" when I visit. The staff I have dealt with are moderate to well educated on product. They are friendly, patient and informative. The variety is excellent. Top shelf quality is mediocre. Prices are about average. Overall comfortable and positive pot shopping experience.

Staff is continually angry. Thankfully they introduced me to Lucky Leaf Co which is open later, and has better product for the same price. and thankfully i can drive there. Also if you want a pipe or silicone you are better off going to the quick-e mart next door. Sorry if you only live close to lovely buds and smokane and dont have other options

Usually when I come through here these folks are on point and pretty helpful. Last night was a big exception to that statement. I asked for whatever was looking good from their RSO drawer , and was sold what looks and tastes like motor oil. No good, not at all. And not something I would have invested in . Shame because I usually get 5* service here.

Very passive aggressive staff, came in 25 minutes before closing and not in there ten minutes and the girls started singing very loud and annoying and pushing us out telling us the time every other minute and hurrying us as we made our selection...I get it closing is the best feeling ever but I've never treated anyone like that while at work. Buuuut I dont know anymore they said thay cant serve passed 1155....but they close at 12?

Before we moved, visited this location handful of times-never had any issues until now. Girls are not worth the time and energy to rant and rave over their horrible attitudes or lack there of customer service. Just simply will drive the extra way to another establishment and hope someone reads this before going and save themselves a trip 🙂

21+ Store, Must Have IDMostly girl staff, catering towards men.Large selection of leafy items, and small selection of waxy items. Also a small selection of glass items.Customer Service is spotty, and changes person to person. Needs to open a new store or make this one larger, gets cramped when busy.I recommend to come for leafy items and jars that come with leafy items.

Great store, great selection, great pricing. I shop here for my stuff exclusively. However, let it be known that there is a fine line between good customer service and wasting time with completely unnecessary banter. Store full of customers, a large line, and the entire process is drawn out to a crawl because every cashier has to have a twenty minute chit chat with a customer about completely inane subjects. Polite efficiency is far more effective customer service than delving into some couples drug fueled polyamory in a store full of people trying to give you money and get out. Love the store, could use a focused manager on duty to keep the crews organized.

I was wanting to pick up an OZ which they said they was all out of at the time. The tender said she'd go 8 eighths with me for an ounce price which I thought would be OK. I checked out my assortment of strains when I got home and I see bought an ounce of mediocre pot. I got some decent concentrates at a good price. I believe I could have gotten stronger pot if I would have shopped quarters. Service was quick and EZ no hassle. Free parking.
