Feedback:

I love this location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the recent practice of greeting people by the name on their ID. I understand it's meant to be friendly and make a connection, but as a trans customer who hasn't been able to legally change my name yet, it's unpleasant to be dead named everytime I come in. Maybe ask for preferred names if you're gonna implement greeting by name rather than assuming the one on the ID is what people actually use.
