Every single time I go in not only is it busy and high energy, but the bud tenders are kind, friendly, helpful, and obviously glad to be there. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle. He was wonderful. Great place. My favorite store. The people just make it. I will always shop at Lucky Leaf. You guys rock.

I find the advice of the staff to be both personal and informed.I can ask for something funny and they have a good option, or I can ask for pain relief and they also have good recommendations.All of the staff I have interacted with were kind, welcoming, and solely concerned with trying to get me what I need at a price I can afford.

If I could give negative stars i would. No menu and exceptionally overpriced. I dont want to talk to your employees for 20 minutes to buy product. I want to pick it, pay for it and leave! Terrible business practice IMO

Most of the staff are wonderful great sense of humor while still patient and curtious willing to anwser questions and or find anwser for you good products and good price

I went in yesterday to get some pre rolls and I felt totally ignored by the two girls working. They were discussing what they should get for lunch that day and besides doing the very bare bones of their job to sell me the product, they acted like I wasn't there and continued on with their personal conversations. Very unprofessional and I felt really awkward honestly and I'm not sure if I'll return.
