Please take the time to read the strain, name, and THC content in the products and hold out the product so it can be seen. Customers can't touch products right now so if a staff doesn't provide you that info or at least hold out the product so you can inspect it, it makes purchasing very difficult. The person who helped me today just kept setting products down on the table without labels or explaining and expected me to pick a product with absolutely no information about what he was showing me and seemed really irritated that I wanted some information before spending money.

Don't rely on their advertised hours. I placed an online order, called ahead of time to make sure they'd be open, drove down and arrived at 11:53 and they had the doors locked and looked at me through the glass as though I were a crazy person. That's fine if you don't want to be open that late, but don't lie and say you are.I'll probably be going to Cinder.

UPDATE: It's now been 4 FULL weeks and the manager has still yet to call back and supposedly is never there when we call. Absolutely unprofessional.This used to be our favorite shop. Unfortunately one absolutely terrible experience has completely ruined our experience with them. We had some issues with their online ordering but decided to take that loss. We had to buy some other products as well to make up for the mistake and realized once we got home that we only received 6 of the items, but paid for 7. We called the store and the man that answered was extremely rude and told us that he could help us, but since we were upset about not receiving everything we had paid for, he was going to have us until Monday to talk to the manager. Monday came and gone and no call from the manager. We figured since it was 4/20, maybe they were busy. Gave them another couple days. We call on Thursday and a guy took down our information again, apologized for the wait and said he'd have the manager deal with this today. Now it's Friday, a week later and still NO help. Still waiting on a manager to review cameras so we can get an item we paid for a week ago now. This company obviously doesn't take issues seriously or care about their long time customers.

So, WOW, I will never go to LUCKY LEAF.CO again. I went on-line to see what I wanted and how much it would come to. But, watch out MY TOKERS AND JOKERS FRIENDS, their prices, percentages and amounts are way off!!!!! So I called and the only thing the manager could do was give me 25% off next order. It was like $30 more in cost than what they had advertised on line!!! Boooo!!

I asked for an oz. Of bud today and asked if it had much "branches" and "wood" in it. I was impressed by the woman behind the counter who didn't just blurt out an answer, but instead she looked at the product and said what she thought. I could tell she thought it was good. I agree with her those popcorn buds fit right in the bowl of my pipe perfectly. Thats a great product!

Be careful buying vapes from here! And check them before you leave. Bought a buddies and found it empty when I got to my hotel. Called to make sure I could return it so I wouldnt drive an hour to the store and was asked to return it the next day when the manager was in. When I went in at this time was told they would not replace it because it's not a product they made... I will not be returning to this company.

I’ve been in the Washington area for just under a year now (from California) and this is definitely the best spot in Spokane to get your leafy needs. The product is always top notch and the bud tenders really know their stuff. Dylan and Kyle in particular I’ve found to be very knowledgeable and deliver great experiences. The best part is, for all the quality you get, you’ll spend the same or (usually) less than you would at any of the bigger shops nearby. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

I love the shop. Nice little place with a lot of variety. My only issue is with the model I guess? You're sort of discouraged from free browsing to stand in line. Then you feel rushed from the line forming behind you while feeling pressured to make a quick impulsive decision. I would really like them to allow people to move freely outside of the queue to have more time to look before making a purchase. Good prices.

This place offers a discount for doing a google review. I came to this store to avoid having to drive else where in the snow. I was shopping for multiple things, was looking to spend $150. Their selection or rso was wiped out. They had 1 option @$50. Who ever does the management of this place isnt doing a very good job. I took my money elsewhere.

Place is a joke! Asked to see a list of flower. Response from budtender indica or sativa? "Indica" I get one option. Not happy but I'll take it I want to get stoned. She notices I'm not happy. She asks why I tell her. I wanted to see a list you gave me one option. She refused service for my opinion and told me to kick rocks. Bottom line I'm the consumer not paying your salary. I found a couple other dispensaries in Spokane Washington that were more than accommodating. F this place
