Feedback:

UPDATE: It's now been 4 FULL weeks and the manager has still yet to call back and supposedly is never there when we call. Absolutely unprofessional.This used to be our favorite shop. Unfortunately one absolutely terrible experience has completely ruined our experience with them. We had some issues with their online ordering but decided to take that loss. We had to buy some other products as well to make up for the mistake and realized once we got home that we only received 6 of the items, but paid for 7. We called the store and the man that answered was extremely rude and told us that he could help us, but since we were upset about not receiving everything we had paid for, he was going to have us until Monday to talk to the manager. Monday came and gone and no call from the manager. We figured since it was 4/20, maybe they were busy. Gave them another couple days. We call on Thursday and a guy took down our information again, apologized for the wait and said he'd have the manager deal with this today. Now it's Friday, a week later and still NO help. Still waiting on a manager to review cameras so we can get an item we paid for a week ago now. This company obviously doesn't take issues seriously or care about their long time customers.
