I first walked into this establishment and no issues. Shortly after a young budtender with purple hair engage me in a, I was addressed as sir. I politely asked her to refrain from calling me that, however she continued. Moving forward with that I proceeded to look for a product to my liking. I came across a brand I'm all too familiar with known as Oleum (infused pre-rolled) it's a Gram joint that typically retails between $10 to$15. At the lux establishment it's $16. Even though it is clearly the most expensive here then any other 21 plus shop around I bought it.... Regrettably mind you. On my way out the store I also needed a lighter and had forgot to grab one in my prior transaction. After purchasing the lighter, the lady with the purple hair proceeded to tell me that I needed to take the receipt for just the lighter not the Cannabis sale just the lighter..... And told me it was for compliance... No place else in Washington state makes me take a a receipt on a purchase for a lighter...no place will..... At any rate I've come to the conclusion, that this shop is overpriced on it's items and has pushy staff that lack customer service and have a merky sense of what the real rules and regulations are regarding the ATF. / Liquor board. The shop might look appealing and high-end but it's just another shady spot for burn outs to hold a job. The $2 that I tip in the jar was purely out of pity.

Selection is great. Lux carries premium strains from Washington's top brand. Three stars is for their service. There are a few cool budtenders but on more then one occasion I have been helped by people who were not friendly. Most recent, I stopped by right before closing and was did not feel welcomed. I understand people want to get home, but if a store closes at 11, please dont rush me out at 10:52. Wasn't a good feeling. Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth for LUX lake city

I’d say on average flower is about $5-10 more than any store in the area, like 2015 prices haha. I had Asked why this was and if they did price matches at all with any of the local shops. They said no to a price match and told me it’s because they’re such a small shop & the whole interaction was really awkward .......... Idk Ballard, Lake City & now Fremont. That doesn’t seem like a really small operation to me? Anyways point being stores with weird prices on an 1/8th like $44 $47 $52 means they are taking all that extra $$$$ off the top. Which I don’t support.

Great selection. This is only the second pot shop I have ever been to but it was a better experience than the first one. The kiosks were a great way to be able to browse their selection without the pressure of talking an employee. They also have a rewards/savings system that was nice. Plus the atm inside the store was a nice touch too. For those ppl that dnt want this kind of purchase traced back to them.

First time ever coming here. I ordered online, but when I got there, they told me they were out of stock of a few items that had showed in stock in their store. They had already switched it out with different products, and didn’t really make it clear to me, like, the guy sort of said it quickly in passing but said it was basically all the same stuff. But when I got home and looked closely, I had been switched out one of my sativas for an Indica product, which I can’t smoke, and I came in specifically all for enhanced joints and two of them were switched out for regular classic joints, but at the exact same price. ?? I don’t understand why they have things listed for sale that they don’t have in stock, why they would switch me out for entirely different products, and why I ended up paying full price for things that I didn’t want and that were not as high-quality as I had ordered. I pretty much only came here one night because my favorite store was out of stock on the products I wanted, and I ended up still not getting what I wanted anyway, even though I paid more than I would have at my own place. Learned my lesson, won’t bother coming back.

Every staff member has ridiculous amounts of product information. This is my go-to place because it is friendly, fast, has consistent products, tons of variety and keeps informed on legislation and what's coming up. I get my Aero products (used to be Indigo Pro) and edibles here, although, I have also gotten other products including, lotions/oils, tincture and flower.Also, they have great hours of operation. Appreciate that.

I never do this, but I was soooo dissatisfied by my experience last night!!!! First off, everything in there is 10$-15$ more expensive then other shops. The person helping me was treating me like I was a 3 year old. I've been smoking for 20 years. I bought three different strands of flower, that I like, and a infused joint. The joint was good, the strands were horrible and I paid way more then anywhere else. The only reason I went there, was cause there was a shooting on Aurora and I couldnt go to Seattle tonics and lux is by my house. This place is a RIP off. Happy New Year.

I love this shop. Very organized, they follow all the rules by asking for ID, are very friendly, knowlegable, and give a contact card in case you need to reach them during buisness hours. I've never left thinking they're just going through the motions. Everyone is passonite, knowledgable, and very helpful. Even if a product doesnt work out for me, I'm ok with it because there were no surprises. Everything was clearly explained, I had as much descision or changing the order time as needed. Great Selection as well. Their only drawback is they currently don't issue medical cards, however after I got my card at another store, I came right back to Lux.

My first time and it was awesome. They were cleaning up when I came in, but when I came in all three pot-tenders looked excited and eager to help me. I got a cute little guy with light brown hair to help me. He went for top shelf strains, but I didn't mind as he listened to what kind of experience I wanted and tended to it. I would totally go again-

I called ahead of time asking about a product that was supposedly there, but it wasn't when I got there. Thankfully this kid with magnificent massive hair as knowledgeable enought to send me on my way with what may be even danker buds for a little less =) At first I thought I'd been had but overall a good experience.
