Greencare’s bid came in so much lower than other competitors that we were nervous to go with them! The entire process was perfect though! From start to finish they were professional, on time, in touch, helping us out along the way with everything. Our pool, splash pad, hot tub and landscaping was just completed and it’s better than we could have imagined! Thanks so much to Greencare, we are super happy customers and will always recommend you guys to anyone that asks! Thanks again!! 5 stars!

They made promise after promise but I ended up being my own designer and project manager. They didn’t follow the plans and the actual project manager only showed up to the house once. The wrong trees were planted and the project manager had no idea. They tried to charge us for the complete project before it was complete. Do not call this company unless you want to handle everything on your own.

This company has made a serious effort to satisfy us as clients! Friendly staff, quality materials, and the end result looks amazing. Building pools is complex and demanding but they have continued to streamline their process, adjusting where needed and making everything come together in the end. Even the owners participated, visiting our humble home to ensure things went properly. I can recommend them for all your design work, landscaping, and pool construction here in Las Vegas.

Our experience with Greencare was fantastic. They did an excellent job on our new pool, spa, BBQ patio cover and at-home paradise!! We began working with them 5-months ago. That’s when we started the design process with Jesse, their 3D designer. Jeremy was the Project Manager who make sure everything was taken care of as we’d agreed upon. Jeremy did a great job explaining the entire process to us and how things would workout. Any employee we’d ever interacted with had a lot of passion for their work. He explained that a Greencare and all the people that work there are like a family. But, who doesn’t say that? Well, we also didn’t believe it either until we met everyone there to do all of our selections for our yard. It is a nice and professional operation. You can tell everyone put in a lot of hard work and they were all honest, genuine and passionate about what they do. Then, the work started and it was the same passionate people that put a lot of time and effort into making sure our project was executed properly. Overall, it was a great experience. We recommend Greencare as the go to pool builder in Las Vegas. We will use them again in the future. Thank you Greencare, job well done!

We'd recently moved back into our old house in North Las Vegas. Our plans were to put in a new pool and replace the old one before the summer ended. We were referred to Greencare by our neighbor who recently had their pool done. Greencare was competitive, professional and their communication was amazing. They even helped us with the landscaping, patio covers, paving stones and a completely remodeled pool/spa. This is Vegas! The weather stays warm for a while, especially at night. It was crucial that we create the backyard we wanted to be in! Tony from Greencare was our answer and we couldn't be happier. A seamless experience. We're thrilled with our results.

We just finished our large backyard project w/ Dan - our designer, Hector - Landscape Coordinator, and Jessica & Gary - Pool Construction Managers. The Greencare team helped us level our existing backyard and had a pool with a rock slide, hot tub, pergola, fire pit, hardscaping/landscaping and BBQ island put in. The best part of working with the Dan and his team and the deciding factor to go with them was his ability to do it all! They're truly a one-stop shop. No subcontractors or having to work with and manage a bunch of different people on various projects going on at the same time. The crew was there almost every day they were excellent to work with. Even multiple neighbors commented on how polite, clean and great the people we had working on our backyard were. Dan's attention to detail and the little things he did with our projects go above and beyond what we expected. It was so easy working with the Greencare team. We had a contractor we worked with when we remodeled our home a few years back and it always seemed like such a battle when we talked with him about changes or had questions. It was not like that with Dan and his team at all.We can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience and more importantly our gorgeous new oasis of a backyard! All in all, a 5-star rating. You won't be disappointed if you go with them. Thanks again Greencare!

Despite the poor reviews seen here, our experience with this company has been very positive. From the start, we worked with Brandon on the design and cost. All the workers, staff members, and office employees, I've received professional customer service where they paid attention to my needs. I originally reached out to them after seeing their commercial on HGTV over the summer. Anytime I've had an issue they've taken care of it for me. I love my newly installed pool and spa and the landscaping work they provided for us. Greencare was very professional and proactive in communicating with us. I highly recommend them! Better yet, I've already started recommending them to family and friends because we've had a few pool parties already despite it being so cold and everyone LOVES our heated pool that we installed. It makes swimming in Las Vegas amazing. Don't be put off by the reviews here.

Great company to work with. Used them to remodel our backyard and add in a new spa and pool. Got a quote a year ago, but didn't have enough saved up to get the process started until recently. They still honored the original price quoted, which we're grateful for because we had made slight changes to the design. I was afraid it would've cost more, but they took care of us. The project has been going on for a few weeks now and we have no complaints here. It is a huge expense, but I would say completely worth it. Everyone we've spoken to has been very nice and helpful. They're responsive as well, which I know is a big complaint among contractors nowadays. The project will finish in the next few weeks, so I will update on the progress soon.

I hired Greencare in late April to design me a modern pool on a budget. I had just come back from the Army, so I was hoping to create my own paradise in my backyard. Alfredo spent multiple trips coming to my house to discuss all my options. He was mindful of our budget and did not try to upsell me. Finally, we agreed upon a design. He drew up the plans and we started the project! Steve was very patient and made excellent suggestions to us while we were building. The workers that came made sure they followed our design and kept on the timeline quoted. I ended up making slight changed halfway into the project, but the Greencare team rolled with the hassle. They were accommodating and knew this was a big deal for me! Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Steve and Tracy were on it immediately to rectify the situation. Not only did they build a beautiful pool, they also had great attention to detail. We were in the pool the day they had promised, June 20. It's been one of the best summers for me and my family who've visited. . I can recommend Alfredo, Steve, Tracy and the Greencare team without any hesitation. They're great people who care about their clients. They're committed to making sure you are satisfied with the final product. That's hard to come by in Las Vegas, I've heard many horror stories about pool builders in the area. You will be in good hands with Greencare!
