Feedback:

Be cautious with the supplements Dr. Lee Sedera prescribes. I came to her with slightly elevated TSH levels, and after being on the supplements she recommended for 2 months, my TSH levels elevated from ~8 to 129!! Anyone with thyroid issues knows that your TSH is considered normal when it's less than 4.5. After doing more research, I truly believe that the high dose iodine she recommended harmed me, and I'm concerned about long-term damage this may have caused. I believe Dr. Lee Sedera is a good NP and has the best intentions for her clients, but please do your research about any and all supplements before just taking them blindly.When I was diagnosed with Hashimotos, I did not want to go down the internet rabbit hole and learn about all of the things that "could" happen to me with this autoimmune condition, and I followed Dr. Lee Sedera's advice. Please don't do that with any doctor. Just do your research and ask questions before putting any supplement in your body. You are your own best advocate.
