I thought I would try dominos instead of little caesar, big mistake. I ordered 2 for 5.99 and got the smallest skimpiest pizzas I've ever seen. They put the sauce on with an eyedropper. There was barely cheese, the ingredients were less than minimal. Nothing like the pizza you see in the TV commercials. This will be the last time I ever order from dominos again. Terrible experience. If I could give less than one star I would. Thanks for reading.

After the closing of TWO local Pizza Hut locations, I've finally come back to Domino's, and I wasn't disappointed! My first pie was good, but WAY too much garlic on the crust. BE SURE to remove that option when ordering... then I reluctantly ordered another yesterday and made it a tough one; half and half, veggie on one half, pepperoni on the other, no garlic on the crust... and it was perfect. Not only perfect, but the first time I've seen a half and half made where each side was CLEARLY separated. No Pepperoni on my wife's half made her and me happy. My side was loaded with perfectly cooked pepperoni, excellent sauce and the entire pizza was cooked to perfection, and all of it only $7.99 for a large? Excellent! Great Job Domino's.On an business / employee note, Steve B. there is such a nice guy and very helpful. The place is easy to get to and very clean inside and super organized. If you order online, you're handed your pizza inside and cya later. At Pizza Hut , even if you paid online, you had to wait for them to ring it anyway so you can be handed a receipt to sign that give you the "opportunity" to leave them a tip. Domino's doesn't expect or seemingly hint for a tip when you pick up. I love that. Yes, I still tip with walk-in when I feel like they went out of their way for me, of course.I have Leucadia off Tamarack near me. I have Knockout nearby. I have other boutique pies near me, but there's those times when you just want a quick hot yummy pizza without having to wear your beanie cap and goatee just to get a pizza ;-)

I love the Thunder Drive location in Oceanside. I always order pizza online for pickup. and they ALWAYS have my pizza ready for me to take home as soon as I walk thru their doors to pick it up. The staff is very professional and polite. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable and friendly. They take very good care to keep their store clean and clutter free.

Ordered a single pizza and bread item during normal business hours and after the tracker going through all the steps and saying it was out for delivery the store just flat out canceled my order without so much as a call or email to notify me. This is terrible customer service and is absolutely unacceptable for Dominos to pull that kind of stunt! They had no good reason not to deliver my food after placing an order through the app with everything done properly on my end. Very dissatisfied overall.

BAD BAD BAD BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE! I HAD GOTTEN THEIR AT 730PM LEFT FROM THEIR @ 830PM THEY "FORGOT" WE WERE WAITING FOR OUR ORDER BUT AN OUR LATER THEY HAD THE NERVE TO STILL ASK US IF WE WERE WAITING FOR OUR ORDER DIDNT WANNA MAKE IT A BIG DEAL SINCE I WAS HAVING A GOOD DAY SO THIS GIRL ASKED US IF WE NEEDED PLATES AND NAPKINS AND I SAID YES AND I ASKED FOR CHESSE AND PEPPER AND SHE COMES BACK WITH JUST 1 BOTTLE OF PEPPER AND SAID TO HAVE A GOOD DAY WALKED AWAY UNSATISFIED WITH BAD SERVICE HAD LIKE 5 EMPLOYES WALKING IN ND OUT WITH 3-5 PIZZAS AND YET ONLY 1 EMPLOYEEE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK US

This is an update to my review below. Hoping they had improved their service I tried delivery again. Not even close. Pizza was done at 4:19. It arrived cold at 4:49. I asked the delivery person why it took so long. He said he was on break until 15 minutes ago. So my pizza sat at dominos for 15 mins before it even left the building. I ordered at 4:10 on a Saturday. Didn’t think delivery would be too backed up. Don’t order delivery unless u like cold pizza. I live 4 minutes from this dominos. When I ordered it said 21-34 minutes for delivery. 14 minutes later I got a text that said my driver was on the way. 36 minutes later she arrived. The pizza was cold and soggy. Don't use their delivery service unless you are ok with cold, soggy pizza

Big issue with this store. Messed up my order and didn’t send icing with my cinnamon bread sticks... called up an the gentleman told me he wouldsend someone out to deliver it. An hour and a half later and still nobody has showed up. So now my food is cold and dry and icingless. I call again and speak to a manager (whose name I thought was Amber), she says she puts a $10 credit under my phone number and to just use this phone next time I order. So I place an order today and the girl tells me there is no manager named Amber there and no credit on my account. Wonderful. So not only do you mess up my order that night, but technically you’ve overcharged me for items I did not receive, because I was not given a credit the first time around. Terrible service, and I’m ashamed someone would lie to me and tell me they did something they would not.Long time domino’s fan here, but I will no longer be ordering from this location any longer.

... well, after experiencing many hours of disrespectful services and being yelled at explicitly.. They didn't give me my order. After asking for a refund, they declined and said to get out or they'd shove dirt in my mouth. Me, so shockingly surprised I gasped in air and said so calmly "okay" and left the store. And I still didn't get my order :(

- Rude customer service over the phone (from Morgan or Megan): I had to literally yell over the phone to be heard; was hung up on 2 times; never called sir; and didn't even get a thank you after ordering (she just hung up). - BBQ chicken pizza (large) was horrible, but the medium Hawaiin pizza was good.- 70 min wait for delivery (delivery lady was nice).$38 for all of the above...NEVER again.
