Went by their shop and they were doing window service because of the virus and I thought that was cool. So I asked the budtender for their menu and he told me they didn’t have a menu and he acted super annoyed when I asked to see what concentrates they had. How was the customer supposed to look and decide what they want if the budtender won’t even do his job. Don’t waste your time at the shop go down the street this place was a waste of my time and they should fire and higher New people that actually know how to do their damn job.

When I was working graveyard, one morning after work I stopped at 3 stores on my way home (convenience, grocery, and dispensary)Left my sunglasses at one of them ($85 Oakley's, not a big deal but I was still irritated that I left them somewhere).Originally I wrote it off as a loss, and with my busy schedule I didn't plan on going and trying to track my shades down.Anywho about 2-3 months later I remembered that I'd gone into this dispensary, (i was a regular at a different dispensary at the time).I went in not expecting my sunglasses to still be there, and I asked one of the employees about them..Low and behold, they'd kept my sunglasses in the back room for over 2 months and I was able to get them back!THAT BEING SAID, in addition to a greatly measurable level of integrity, the employees here are highly knowledgeable, extremely reasonable, and completely fair.They'll always have my business.I have no doubt that if I would've left my sunglasses at any other store that day, or the dispensary I regulared at the time (Nectar), an employee would've already taken them home.Fantastic place to go, and best dispensary in Oregon as far as I'm concerned.

Hands down the best dispensary in Tigard. None of the pushy, turn em and burn em practices that the other shops in town have. The guys that work there are hella knowledgeable and will take the time to go over any and all strains you want to know about. The place just has a good vibe. Customer service, great prices and fire bud keep me coming back! Do yourself a favor and go check em out!

OLIVER IS A 5 STAR BUDTENDER! I was having a bad day and needed a sativa with an uncommon terpene. I also have asthma and am affected negatively by caryophyllene Oliver was able to assist me with my needs so fast. Product knowledge is everything and I very much appreciate this both as a customer and fellow budtender. Will be coming back soon!

This Review is Specifically for the Customer Service (or should I say...Lack Of!)...that I Found there today, Tuesday, July 9th. at Approx. 2:45pm - 3:00pm!... You guys know who You Are! J**n, C**e, and the Young Bozo that (Actually Thinks that he knows what He’s doing!) You would Think, that if a guy that lives a 1/2 hour, North of the River (in WA) has been Buying Flower “ Loyally from them for “Almost a Year Now”...he also Buys a Full Ounce!, Not every Month!...But Every Single Week!...like Clockwork!...that they would be Treated as such! I won’t go into Detail about how “Old” most of the Flower is that they sell (I did Attach a Pic though) 😉 ...am I the Only One that Looks at this Label and Notices the Following Facts!:1. - This Flower was Harvested “Almost a Year Ago”!2. - Am I the Only One who looks at the First Pic... and Begs to Ask the Question?...Why did this Flower “Sit Around” for “4 1/2 Months!...Before it was Even Tested!?...3. - After being Self-Employed for over 28 Years, I am the First to Know the Importance of Customer Service!4. - I will Never!...(did I Mention Never!) Set Foot in this Place Again!...You guys are a Real Piece of Work! Never Again for Me!... I Learned My Lesson Today!... I Wish you Guys the Best of Luck!... (You’re going to Need it!) 😉

Outside of parking sometimes being an issue this is your typical family owned and run dispensarie. The fact that the parking can be an issue and that the owner invested in his business by adding parking spots should give you some clue as to the popularity and repeat business they do. There are at least two other stores within a five minute drive so they are not doing business based on being the only player's in the neighborhood. You can always call ahead if you have questions on inventories. I would put their prices at average. I didn't find them overly priced or were their any bargain priced deals. They fall into your normal price range. The inside is small but clean and your acknowledge when you walk in even if they are serving other costumers. An ATM is located inside the business. Kind-of unimpressed. It has a feel like the owner left his irresponsible nephew to run the place or something. Very little selection and their "deals" can be beat almost anywhere else. Have a much better experience and save a lot more money by going elsewhere.

new to town and searched for about an hour came across some shops along the way that where just rushing me though and making me feel rushed till i found magic castle and right away i was greeted with a smile and a welcome in Oliver was my bud tender who really took his time to help me pick out some scrumptious edibles and high concentrated wax for my time in Portland definitely coming back!!!

Today I went out looking for something to send me to the Moon. That's what I told Cole over at Magic Castle. Dude is super cool and he grabbed me some "Future" to check out. GG4 x Starfighter how can u go wrong!? Man, I couldn't have gotten better luck to stumble on magic Castle today. They could use better stock and a better show room but we all have to start somewhere right? So go support them!

Hands down No doubt about it.Out of all the dispensaries in the Portland area this has been by far my favorite Dispensary to go to. I've been threw a lot of dispensaries and yet the only ONE I keep coming back to is Majic Castle, they have a great variety of options to choose from and great prices that can't really be beat....... I highly recommend this place to anyone having trouble finding a great Dispensary with great people....
