MISLEADING, VERY POOR QUALITY FLOWER. Started off asking budtender preferences of strongest smelling, tasting flower, even went as far as asking what it description of smell the strain carried (piney, fruity, earthy, sour, gassy) got to the car to figure out that it doesn't smell anything like tender told me, seems unprofessionally outdoor grown, their flowers dark and its not from the purple in some strains. If id been told straight forward of what the flower is like id would of rated high stars (honesty = respect and care, also builds loyalty) they could of told me to try the flower 2 doors down and I would of rated higher but really just felt mislead.

This place is a shadow of it's former self. The product variety has gone out the window and the "top shelf" bud is dry as a bone. Hopefully you guys can pull together but until then I'll be going to Eclipse where they care about you and the bud they're selling. Also where's Dan the security guard?

My usual spot but recently tried a new cartridge that was terrible - i think it was clogged? Kept trying to make it work only to be disappointed with concentrate coming from the mouthpiece and sometimes hot wax on my tongue or teeth. Went to return/exchange it and was told because it was more than 50% gone, they couldn't do anything about it....its 50% gone because I kept trying to make it work and burning all the oil with no results. They offered a 10% off which is a joke after spending thousands over the past year alone. Finding a new shop.

My wife went to get some concentrates for us during the pandemic. None of the budtenders are wearing their masks over their nose rendering them useless. They requested my wife remove her mask while in the store to verify identity with no precautions, masks worn incorrectly, and without asking any one else in line to do the same. A man coughing everywhere the whole time without a mask not following safety precautions. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

I love this dispensary. You'd be hard pressed to find better prices for their quality in recreational. I've dropped well over a thousand here. However, I can't help but feel a little bit upset about my most recent visit. I preordered 2 different strains online, my order was confirmed, and when I arrived 2 hours later, they had already sold both strains that I preordered and gave me two weaker ones (granted, $3 fewer before taxes, but still very frustrating) that were heavier on the sativa side than I requested. Still, this is by far my favorite dispensary in Boulder and that experience is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.edit: still a great dispensary, still my favorite, but they won't respond to your support emails (or at least the one they requested of me)

Magnolia road went above and beyond in a successful attempt to perfect their customer service. The long story short is that our expectations weren’t entirely met the first two visits. Anyone who shops at dispos knows that completely fulfilled expectations are nearly impossible to achieve, especially in a low cost environment such as Magnolia. However, the team- and more specifically Melissa and Oscar- weren’t satisfied with anything less than exemplary. Melissa reached out and replaced our gram with a beautiful jar of glconcentrates and then took an entire 20% off our order. We went home with enough product to last the COVID freak out as well as money for that sweet sweet delivery food we love so much. Oscar spent 30 minutes showing us product and gauging our needs. He didn’t oversell and he wasn’t lazy either. He understood that we know what we like and gave us the personalized shopping experience that makes him stand out as a budtender and makes Magnolia stand out as a shop.

1) I placed an online order to skip the wait. After getting checked in for my order and spending 15 minutes watching people walk in and get accepted back, I got a little upset and asked where I stood in line and dude said that I should’ve told him I placed an online order which I did. Smh. 2) the lady who prepared my order totally forgot a gram of wax which she would have made me pay for since it was an online order. I showed her my order confirmation and after noticing she made a mistake she decides to give me an attitude. How unprofessional can one be? 3) after getting home, I realize I purchased a blueberry AIO BY Co2lors. Well she gave me a melon. I don’t even want to bother calling and mentioning they made a mistake cause I’ll probably get told I’m wrong even with the receipt in hand. I’ve been here maybe 30 times and I won’t return. 14ers flower is way better and peaceful choice has hella non seeded.

5 stars for sure! This is a perfect place for my style of shopping and products I like and want. Like many, I've been to several shops. Not gonna lie, it's not a totally fancy place, but it is very...comfortable if that makes sense. The prices are really really good! It was a good enough shop that it got me to write a review, which I believe is my first ever review, of anything. That's how much I liked this shop! Definitely will be making this my go to! Thank u!

Mag road always hooks us up. Great service and knowledgable staff. This is the go to before grocery shopping every week. We love it here and will be back guaranteed.The flower gets great percentages, the concentrates are priced right, and a g of kief is so convenient to top off our purchases.

Okay so I’ve only bought edibles from them so I can’t say anything about their flower. But their edibles are the BEST pricing I have seen anywhere. They beat everywhere else I go and they carry all my favorite brands. Not to mention all the bud tenders I’ve encountered there were so nice and personable! Even when they’re slammed they’ll take a few extra minutes with you to give recommendations or explain why one edible brand is better than another. And as busy as this place gets I’ve only waited 15 minutes one time. Every other time I’m in and out in 5 minutes or less.
