Feedback:

Been here few times, being a medical patient its hard getting the right service an medicine. Everytime I come here it doesn't change, you are just a dollar sign to these people. "budtenders" if thats what you want to call them, more like just an employee pushing product. Employees are lacking knowledge about product, product is missing but labeled on the shelf as if its there! If they run out they just give you a display an no discount for display. Doesn't matter if you look up on their menu or look at the shelfs, things are missing. When I explained this to one of the employees she says to call first. When I call I get horrible customer service. Also if the employee doesn't know what they are selling then they shouldn't sell it. I don't care who you are, if you lie to the customers they find out when they get home. I asked the employee what the consistency of some of the concentrates were, instead of just saying she doesn't know she starts to guess by feeling the package instead of finding out. Thanks alot for such horrible service an products, keep it local impersonal an expensive Maholo way!
