Customer service is the worst. Manager with dark hair, short, with glasses, hung up on me when I asked for the owners contact info. She snapped at me that I needed to look it up on the web. Hung up on me. If I crossed one customer at my work, I would be fired. New Vansterdam treats me way better. Not coming back. I like some employees, but most are lippy jerks. No thanks!

Definitely considered a spot on the Mt.Rushmoore of dispensaries Vancouver has to offer, the never-fail prices matching every budget will guarantee you will never leave empty handed and with quality product and knowledge. Budtenders always remain consistent and up to date with every product they carry. Biggest plus is they carry the best and most consistent brands on the market at the absolute best prices. If you're a local or definitely passing through, Main Street is the place to always come back to!

Long time customer and avid cannabis enthusiast really disappointed with the direction this dispensary is headed in ...for one the staff has very little little knowledge of the product they are selling. on multiple occasions i have had to educate them on what the different types of methods of extraction and the benefits of said methods as opposed to other products they carry ...the cannabis itself has seen a very steep decline in overall quality ..... I understand you get what you pay for but if you are paying top dollar i expect a top dollar product ...for 30 dollars a gram of shatter you're crazy to accept anything that isnt see through and stable unfortunately i ordered online and drove all the way across town for a sub par product and due to their exchange policy was left with a dark sticky tar like gum that smelled and tasted horrible. This is not the first time this has happened either after all that i definitely would not recommend this dispensary to anyone. There are much better dispensaries around the area who actually care about their patients and customers.

Really disappointed in their new policy to mandate customers remove their masks to confirm identification. That defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. I'm under 40 but am still at high risk for contracting and having a critical case of COVID-19. I called and asked if I could show multiple forms of ID to confirm but was denied and told "its policy" even after explaining my situation or rather was told "I completely understand and you're right but it's policy" Honestly just pretty wack. You're the only store out there doing this and its absurd.

I decided to order online which was a huge issue due to horrible interface, and some things not available to order via it.I go to the back alley to pick up and add to the order, and I get chastised for asking to buy the missing items which is against their "brand new back alley quarantine unlisted rules" and act like they are doing me a favor.I just wanted to support a local business, there are plenty of other dispensaries that would like my money in the coming depression.

This place is incredible. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and they were very busy. Also the owner is awesome. I had trouble with an ATM not dispensing all the bills. The owner replaced the bill and have me a 1 time discount for my trouble; something he didn't have to do, but was appreciated. All in all, I'd say go here for your marijuana needs. This is the only place I go.

Main Street marijuana needs to get their staff in order especially at the front door I've been coming there for a long time I know most of the staff and they seem pretty cool until they come to work with a bad attitude personal problems and let it out on customers if you let a customer in the first time and you know him and you're not let him in the second time because your personal issues something has to give in that store everybody's going to a hundred and 64th your store has poor customer service at the door and on the floor you don't believe me watch it for yourself on the camera. It's always good to switch your crew out sometimes people get too comfortable at their jobs and come to work with personal issues that will pull customers away from your store now I'm taking my business somewhere else too many conflicts too many problems at your store something has to give

Bought an ounce from these guys for cheap, the price was nice but the label said the THCA was 28% yet when i opened the bag at home it was the worst weed i ever bought from a store, it was straight up shwag no thrichomes at all i mean literally dry, not sticky at all, not even a little. And it smelled like grass, it had a strong chloryphyll as if it was just picked and dried in the sun, not even cured. Ive grown better weed in my closet. Waste of money. Dont bother.

They sold me a 20 month old gram that was very, very dry and crumbly. I emailed them twice about it and they never replied. They saw the email. The day after the first email they listed the same weed in a half price clearance and displayed the ages if the grams. Some were as old as 2017.They don't care about their customers enough to respond. They really don't care at all.

They were the best deal in town, but the quality is falling, prices are rising, they barely have product, and almost none of it is pesticide free. Their excuse was they are waiting for harvest, but that is no excuse. This is all indoor weed, so harvest is constant. In addition, I found a bunch of seeds in a bag of Nova Dia Farms herb, and they did nothing about it. I wonder if they miss seeds, what else is getting past: mold, bugs, or pesticides? Not happy. Customer service is always good, but I will be looking at other options in the future. Update: found
