Main Street has been our go-to since they opened their Downtown Vancouver location years ago. In that time we have never had a problem with any of the vapes that we have purchased and since a family member manages their Fibromyalgia and back pain with Marijuana they have basically been our pharmacy. Well, nothing is ever perfect and tonight a Crystal Clear ATM Sativa disposable VAPE produced by Cannabis Distillates got very hot and exploded on its first use. I had the receipt and took it back for them to tell me that we broke it and they would not do a simple exchange so I had to purchase a replacement. While I have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable their inability to make this right after years of being a loyal customer over a 30 dollar Vape is inexcusable and I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. I have also contacted the manufacturer of this Vape so they know that Main Street is not providing the users of their product with top

Amazing staff except for the man with long straight hair below his shoulders. I have had multiple times and so have other family members with a particular attendant at this store in Longview. Horrible service from him. We always feel talked down to by him and have had him outright call out private information across a store full of people when he could have just called me by name. I know he knows my name because right after the incident he called me by name which left the question, "Why did you not just call me over by name and tell me the problem in private?" ,however because the rest of the staff is always SO amazing I feel terrible leaving this review. It did not seem like proper customer service however and I hope they correct their conduct in the work place so I can update this positively because besides this one person I have had nothing but positive interactions at this store.

Great and amazing staff. We go here all the time and most of the staff has gotten to know my husband's taste in bud. They learn you and what you like if you go there alot. Great selection and amazing prices just got an eighth for $15 today and my husband loves it!!

I visit this shop 1-2 times a week. This is a great shop with huge selection of dabs, flower, edibles, paraphernalia, reasonable prices, etc. Staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This has become a really good shop to visit. Issues with unprofessional staff have been cleared up, and I see the same lovely staff regularly.
