The customer service at this place is what happens when a company believes themselves to have no competition. After several distasteful encounters there I had one that stuck with me. I've been to this location hundreds of times over the years and early on I always knew I could expect excellent customer service.This is my encounter during this pandemic: I entered and showed my ID to security. He asked me to remove my mask, which I at first complied with but expressed my distaste afterward. He started to argue and expressed his disdain toward other customers that had annoyed him early on in the day. I was already cleared to go in and didn't want to argue with him, so I walked toward the counter. I did attempt to complain about being forced to remove my mask to the manager, but the manager was extremely rude. Without anything climactic happening, no name calling/raised voices, anything harsh/negative, I was denied service. I was denied service because I asked for the manager at all, which was because of his ego. This type of thing happens when a company has enough business to the effect that they aren't worried about pissing off customers, it happens when there's no accountability to the ownership and profits don't matter to those on the ground.I'm a long time customer and I have no idea how many thousands I've spent there, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.(note to owner: this happened around 820-840 on 4/14/20, manager was white, curly hair, maybe late 20s/early 30s)

I will never shop here again. I've been a loyal customer for years. Spend alot of money here to only get treated rudely. I just had a receipt switched out on me for a product I've never bought. To avoid an exchange. That plus the upsaleing on unmarked products at certain times for certain people is bs. Way to ruin a Good thing. Dont give these people your money I wont be anymore Honestly I've never felt more disgusted with a company In my entire life you think a customer that funnels enough money in to pay an employee's wages would be treated like a person I'm so Dissapointed. This is literally the 1st time I've ever left a review anywhere that's what I think of you now mainstreet

So I had a bad experience with one guy. (Long reddish brown hair). But I found out yes not there anymore, and ever since my experience has there has greatly improved. The staff is very professional and friendly. Keep up the good work guys.

I have since checked other stores out of curiosity. The others don't hold a candle to Main Street. The knowledge of the staff and the prices....well there is no comparison. 5 stars to Brandon! I'm sorry but he is the only name I remember.

The menu STILL shows gems n juice at the top there and the only reason we waited to buy from Longview is bc it was 92.95 but we got screwed and stuck with 87.99 TERP SUGAR. The manager tried to trick us by saying that what we were sold was gems n juice but then tried to cover himself by describing the minor differences between the products when WE know the difference!!Probably won't go back after our experience.Disappointed and shocked. Better quality & service in Vancouver.

I'm constantly getting told after the order has been put in that they are out of what i just ordered. Its really annoying. And if you guys ever learned to really sell weed you would know the more you buy the better deals you should get. You would know this if you actually smoked weed before the time it got legalized. Learn howto sell weed!

Worst weed store in town, rude and conceited employee's. Was offered a discount, still won't be coming back. Most employee's in here need training in customer service very badly. The manager, Brooke, was very helpful on the phone, but that's not very useful to me when your budtenders (salespeople who take orders for customers) are so rude it makes me want to just walk out the door and take my business elsewhere. Absolutely won't be coming back.

Great place to visit! Open clean and well organized! GPS may have you go through the alley but it's on the main street there. I'm from Oregon and stopped here while visiting. The staff was more than helpful. Let my wife and I just look around for a little while and helped us pick out some amazing extract, flower and edibles in our price range. Will stop here anytime we are in town!

So went in for first time was working with an associate/Bud tender when another bud tender walked up and said we are kinda busy so if you don't mind stepping aside so he can help someone else. Now I had just made a purchase and was looking at another and asking about the CBD/THC content of my next purchase. Though in disbelief I said sure I asked the guy I was working with if I could speak with the manager I was told it would be a minute so I said no problem. Ten minutes later a kid comes out and I'm the acting manager I asked him if I could wait for the manager (here is the response) speaking with them is not gonna happen, so we can just deal with it now I asked if we could talk outside (no I'm not going to do that) I said you don't really want these customers to hear negative comments he said (if you want I will just 86 you now ).I just spent $80.00 and was about to spend $210.00 more so I told him oh no need to be 86ed you just won't get anymore business from me. Now I realize I'm a drop in the bucket however I have no problem sharing the wonderful experience with the herbal community both in person and on line this is only my first of many Post on the internet.I do realize that my business is just a drop in the bucket in the stores bottom line but really now.I would terminate anyone who spoke with with such disrespectful tone.I drive from Chehalis for these purchases perhaps I'll try the New place opening directly across the street, take bets they wouldn't 86 someone for asking to speak to management.There's more to come.......If the owner wants to speak with me about this incident I'll be happy to speak with one of them since one of the Vancouver stores told me the have no way to get in touch with them...🤔 Strange

They took away military discount I found out about this on 420/April 20th. I have spent thousands at main street and they lost a customer from this. I was told they have the lowest prices in town and everyone gets the same great prices. That’s great I’m a veteran and I will pay higher prices to other companies because I volunteered to serve and OTHERS didn’t. Companies that recognize that while giving the same discounts to everyone is cool, not everyone joined the military and served honorably. Your loss! When you act like our service is just like everyone you lose and I will see to it that it is made public. Potheads like military potheads people in your store that weren’t military were upset that y’all cut it. Well now y’all are gonna be upset. NOT YOUR VETERAN!Good business is consistency and y’all blew that. Can’t count on Main Street anymore!
