If you are concerned about catching COVID-19, DO NOT GO HERE! They say they have a mask policy but they do not enforce it at all but. Some employees were not wearing masks inside the store. When I was in the very tiny entry vestibule they allowed another customer in who was not wearing a mask. The vestibule is too small to keep 6 feet away and I was trapped inside with the person for several minutes. When I called later to complain I was berated by the assistant manager who then hung up on me.

I go to a place at least once a week and I always pay with my debit card or credit card. I Drove all the way here which was about an hour just to find out the only take cash. So they just lost out on $300. They said it was the state law which I don't understand because I pay with debit card every single time at 2 different places not just 1 but 2

Everyone looks like they absolutely hate their job except for Spencer who is a good guy nothing is grown locally and it's definitely not the world's best qualityBut it's alright the staff at least have knowledge of their products and it's decently priced but if you're picky this isn't the right spot

Staff is nice, accommodating, and Very knowledgeable. They will talk with you one on one and personally guide you through any questions, problems, or needs. The environment itself is interactive with books of strains and Everything you need to know about those strains. Nicely spaced out with a "help yourself" coffee station, ATM available, and the ability to assess your product before buying. And plenty of room to add / grow the space as they see need.

I have been a customer at MOT for some time now but i will no longer be spending my money here. The quality of their bud has declined steadily since i stared going there and their prices maybe be good, but im willing to pay for quality products and anyone else who prefers QUALITY OVER QUANTITY shouldn't spend a dime here. Every bag i get is full of stems and leaves. I once even pulled a stem 2 inches long with no bud on it out of my OZ. On top of that, i dont even think they cure their bud, it spends all its time in plastic containers getting stale and drying out. They have lost a customer who spent over $100 every few days because they want to save time or money or whatever it is. TLDR: their bud is dry and stemy, and they dont trim well.

Excellent service and selection. Knowledgable staff. Quick, easy, and affordable. One of the better dispensaries i've personally used in Maine. I drive past at least 4 other dispensaries to get to this one so you can trust the review since its not my only option and by far not the closest to my location. Have been using them for years now between me and my Mom. Always satisfied and more so lately. The rewards program is great. Its pretty much exactly what my view of a dispensary should be. Maybe a large selection of top shelf concentrates could make it better but thats about it. I am very grateful to have MOT as an option for when i run out of my own stash.
