This used to be my favorite dispensary to go to. Friendly staff, polite, and very knowledgeable. However, I have began to return to the other dispensaries because maitri never has flower and their cart/vape selection has dwindled as well. The staff is still amazing but product availability is not what it was.

Absolutely my favorite dispensary for three reasons 1) the staff2) the prices3) the brand First off the staff are absolutely incredible. Everyone knows my name and treats me like a friend. They also know their terpenes forward and backwards and consistently offer excellent product recommendations. Really good taste in music as well.The prices are the lowest on all the products I use (rso, cart, concentrate). Flower prices are excellent, especially on 9g orders, but the stock is low as it is everywhere rn. Lastly the promotions are good and they consistently put quality products on special. Maitri is earning a reputation as a progressive, non-exploitative brand. I, for one, don't see many other local dispensary* companies giving back as much and I worry they are simply pushing mmj without you properly reinvesting in the city. Maitri proudly celebrates visitors in recovery, veterans, and female entrepreneurs in the mmj space. They gave out donuts and massages on overdose awareness day. Great job! Do more of this stuff! *Healing Center also has done some reinvesting. Not just "educational events".

I have only had my card for one month and thus far have stopped by Maitri to try a few various products. Although the dry leaf is on the dry side, this is not within Maitri's control and I have read that newer packages are now including moisture packets to prevent drying. Aside from that I have been extremely pleased with Maitri. I have been so pleased that every time I think I am about to try one of the other dispensaries around Pittsburgh I end up going to Maitri as their selection and prices appear to be the best in the area when comparing to other dispensaries online. The employees at Maitri make all of the patients feel welcome and warm with a comfortable waiting area and friendly and helpful attitude. You can also call in an order ahead of time for reservation, simplifying your experience once it is your turn. I really enjoy their various themed deal days that help make products more affordable. I also love their veterans discount even though I am not a veteran.I hope prices continue to drop as the prices are currently on the high side and a bit prohibitive for patients, but I understand this is not entirely in Maitri's control and requires more growers/producers. I have noticed some products are now priced around $35 for 1/8oz and am hoping to see the higher quality items drop to this range as well. It would be nice if there were more options for 1/4oz and at legitimate prices ($90 is way too high).Overall this is a great location that I cannot pass up due to convenience and price!Edit: The online ordering is broken and only works sometimes and as a result their score has been decreased. Patients shouldn't have to wonder if the order they had confirmed will actually be there upon arrival.

This is my absolute go-to place for my medical marijuana products! Everyone from the security and the staff are all very welcoming and informative. I have been to both locations and they definitely are my main supplier. The selection is always really broad and I have found the more I go I sometimes will learn something new from each new employee I speak to so it's nice to get those opinions and tidbits of info from different perspectives. They also do MMJ Card certification in a building adjacent to Pittsburgh location.
