Spoke with ariel from the care team. Wonderful people muv have on their team . I told her I have muscle spasms bad and she recommended the best solutions for my pain . I love guru. Rso And all the heavenly indicas they are growing.Chem chiva was the best flower followed by sour jack. I love the way my head feels when I smoke a high sativa . I would have never thought to eat it or put it under my toung instead of smoking it . Never any one told me that helped better for spasm than smoking .Life changing moment . Thank you . Muv only has good compassionate knowlagable people who know what there talking about .

Fantastic products, wide range of variations. I have battled psoriatic arthritis for 30 years, and the relief you get is far better than any pain medication, and the creams seem to even help with the plaque psoriasis. The folks at the dispensary were very helpful and pleasant to do business with. Highly recommend the MUV products.

Exceptional experience with MUV. If you visit trulieve or suterra I would recommend you come visit MUV and be impressed. I have visited each at least three times. MUV offers a large number of medical delivery devices making it easy to find one you prefer. The medicine itself seems to be a superior quality to others available regardless of your choice of strain because of their extraction processes. I think you'll agree. They have approximately 10 strains available with half rotating to new ones often. MUV has won my business and if you give them the opportunity to serve you I believe they'll earn yours too. If your shy about it just call or go speak to them their staff is wonderful. It can make a difference in your daily life.

I encountered an issue with a product I was sold last week and I was admittedly worried on how it may be resolved. The store manager who's name has slipped my had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager who's name slips my mind (products speak for themselves I suppose) and he immediately cleared it up as I hoped it would be. Even at a few bucks more compared to others in the area these folks take care of business and if you're on South Shore and not getting your meds from this location you're missing out.

UPDATE: Today I received a call from Rachel, an assistant manager. She was very professional and said that she wanted to resolve the issues I had with their product. I had a thorough consultation with her and we agreed on a solution. I look forward to returning to MUV in Apollo Beach in the future!I am extremely disappointed with MUV. My salesperson told me to use two vape products at night. I took notes to ensure I followed his instructions. After two nights of insomnia, my doctor said I should not be using either one because there is too much THC in one and the effects of vapes do not last throughout the night. So now I have $120 worth of products that I cannot use and they do not take returns. Something similar happened to a friend who went there, but it's close to my house and I assumed I wouldn't have the same problem. I caution anyone thinking of going to MUV for the first time to clarify your prescription with your doctor so you fully understand what you need (tinctures, oils v. Vapes). Do not depend on them to read your prescription and know what you need! I gave one star for friendliness and location.
