The Outside line looked long but moved quickly I started behind the building 2 doors over and was in the lobby 30 minutes later. It's easy inside, I was in and out 10 minutes.But a couple hints to avoid problems I seen others have are...Make sure you have a valid ID , I seen people from Wisconsin & Arkansas ask and as long as they are valid they got in. It is cash only, yes an atm there inside but hit the atm before you get to the counter to place your order so you don't lose your place in line.

I like the employees of Sunnyside better! I found this dispensary lacks compassion. I think that if you're a medical patient, you may like this dispensary more. However, if you're a recreational user, they treat you a lot better at Sunnyside—as opposed to Mapleglen where you are made to feel like just another consumer in line adding to their already busy jobs. There's more surprises at this dispensary. Everyone at Sunnyside is so nice and sweet. The line moves a lot faster there and finding parking is easy. You may have to park and walk a long distance at Mapleglen. The guards are not the nicest at Mapleglen and if you park anywhere other than where the medical card holders park, you risk getting towed or a ticket. The product selection here is good but I've been told they sell out at this dispensary a lot more.

I experienced Mapleglen for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. They were organized and we were inside in a timely manner. The menu was right on display while you wait in line so you can be ready by the time you get to the kiosk. Josh helped us out and was extremely informative and helpful with getting us our desired products!

Best place in Rockford as of now to purchase your recreational and medical cannabis products. Amazing product lines available. Prices are very reasonable.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process of getting in and out is super smooth.Very impressive compared to my experience at Sunnyside. Keep up the good work guys!

Just dont bother if you are a rec user. Called ahead since it's an hour drive for me, was told all was ok. Got there, waited outside for too long. Finally got in then I was told that its medical only. Someone asked why they didn't update their upsite and the guy just snickered. I would much rather spend the extra 30mins drive to the suburbs than to deal with people that are clearly smoking way too much of their product to care to even know their own stories hours.

The level of quality products has greatly declined over the past month. They went from only carrying quality products to only carrying stuff 1 or possibly 2 days a week. Now they simply dont have anything. How can you be a dispensary with nothing to dispense? 1 kind of flower? Really? And to top it off its cbd flower. Whos that going to supply? Every kind testing super low and looking like reggie. For real now guys whats really good? Cant run the place on edibles and topical oils. Never thought I'd say this but I'm seriously considering going back to Medmar. Just changed it from 2 to 1 stars since its been 3 days since they had any flower and now wont even answer the phone.

I switched to this dispensary because the other lacked compassion. This one is more friendly. Product inventory is very low. Prices are cheaper than the other dispensary. I enjoy the hometown feel this dispensary gives me. You have a chair to sit at a lower level counter space. Nice size waiting area. Friendly security and staff. Knowledgeable, I always have questions and they typically have an answer for me. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. I like this one is more handicap accessible than the other.

I was in today, they also opened for recreational today. The staff there are great, even with the recreational clients it was smooth like always. I was worried about parking but even that went smoothly. I'm excited for recreational users but I am so glad Mapleglen is focused on the medical patients. Thanks a million times over Mapleglen crew

DO NOT COME HERE, They limit what you can buy and they NEVER have any flower that's worth it anymore, was going here for 2 and a half years and today was the last time going in, I'm a combat veteran and I can tell you these people do not care about you and me. Any other veterans going here please change dispensaries, You deserve BETTER! They basically laugh at you when they run out of flower. The owner was ARMY from what I heard but also heard she was really rude. This place doesn't deserve your or my money. Wait to grow your own or just go somewhere else. We all have a lot of power in the money we spend. So, spend your money where people actually care and won't put limits of 2 on everything being sold. What do you call a dispensary that doesn't dispense? Mapleglen Care Center.
