I received my product just as I had ordered, plus a little extra which is where this extra star is coming from. While I had gotten the products I had ordered, the websites information leaves a lot to be desired. I assumed like many of the other marijuana delivery services I was going to be brought weed that night, not mailed it. I did my due diligence in scoping out the website to find information on when and how my products were going to get to me and found none. Not only does their website advertise 24 hours, but they also tell you to give them a call with questions. I received no answer. In the confirmation emails they send you they tell you to reply to the email if you have any questions. Which I did and then was told not to reply to those emails. They do what they're advertised, and the products I got were very good for the price. I personally think that I'd like to see some changes in the website before I order again. Maybe an FAQ section as well as a section detailing what the delivery process is and how much time it takes. As well as a reliable way to get in contact with someone in customer service. I understand I was kind of a tough customer about this in the emails I sent, even though I was frustrated with the process the product is good and I still appreciate the service. Thanks you guys.
