I guess you could call me a bit of an aficionado when it comes to dispensaries, because of that it takes alot to impress me. This establishment along with the fella who helped me last night did just that. A beautiful store with all packaging and products clearly priced & organized, most of all very clean. The guy who served me was very knowledgeable, he didn't try to just talk out his but like many do and sell whatever he had or that he gets an extra spiff off of. He knew what he was talking about, when he didn't he wasn't afraid to just say so instead of just making something up, and he provided great conversation to boot. Well done, this will become a regular stop on my trip south.My only negative feedback is the parking lot is not well lit at night which makes it feel a little sketch in the dark otherwise well done

I was misinformed an got swindled. First dispensary to tell me I'm buying half of what I went into get! I called an the bud tender acknowledged me, however didn't care to offer to fix.Updated: Thank u for offering to fix this issue, however a 30% discount doesn't fix the 14 grams I was cheated out of. I have a budget rn due to this pandemic, like many ppl others.

Other places like Gypsys treat their business like a cold war breadline. MM has always been a laid back experience, and now with their online opinion its streamlined the whole process. Menu is always updated and the staff has been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how great this location is. I hope they're around forever. No other location within 15 miles can touch the customer service and product they provide the customers. Bless up!

I used to shop here, but haven't for a month or so. I now shop elsewhere and I order everything off their on line menu. Yes my ID is checked, but i don't even have to go into the store to get my purchase...that's a plus for me. If you are going to have someone at your door that everyone has to walk by to get into the store, they should at least be wearing a mask. Maybe i will shop there again one day...it's the only place i can find Where's My Bike? lol

Gave this place multiple chances, The customer service is what finally ruined this dispensary for me, They do not care about your questions or concerns, and act like it's an annoyance to be doing their job. Furthermore you feel rushed and get an overwhelming sense that they are annoyed that you actually want to spend your money on something you'll enjoy/benefit from. All in all, I received medicine I was completely dissatisfied with, and If you'd treat your customers a bit more respect you would have had a loyal customer.

This is a convenient and highly visible store from the highway. The folks here are friendly and extremely helpful. The young man working in the store was very knowledgeable of all the products. He also informed me of all the sales they were having. I would recommend this store, if for nothing else the friendly and professional service that I received.

I highly advise you to take a good long look at the Longview Marijuana Mart location..Then visit this location in Centralia. Was not even slightly impressed with this location. Smelled like a wet dirty dog inside the store. Appearance:This building is very old & decrepit, muddy floors, trash all in the parking lot.. might I add? When was the google pictures for this location taken? It must have been a few years or more at least because what I saw in person looked nothing remotely like the pictures on google. Your parking lot is not paved (like the pictures in google) and its full of pot holes. Things were very dirty inside as well, glass counters full of unknown smudges & scratches & the over powering odor of a smelly, dirty, wet dog.Selection: Very poor, None of the products match your sister location in terms of familiar growers, selection, or prices. The Longview Marijuana Mart has 50+ different types of pre roll selections, here I was limited to maybe 10 shown in the display counter.. 80% of them were strains & growers Ive never heard of. Ive toured to almost every dispensary in America from Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington. This is by far the lowest on my list for quality standards & selection. When I finally found a product im familiar with from your sister location I noticed that the budds was very crispy & out dated on harvest by over a year + this is unnacceptable in terms of quality, not to mention the same product (grower) im describing that is sold at the Longview location is much much cheaper & always freshly harvested & not dried out garbage. Bud Tenders: Semi rude, inexperienced, waited 5-10 mins to be helped after peering through a very dirty glass display counter very disappointingly. Did not offer any suggestions, was told the selection for pre rolls was limited due to Longview Marijuana Mart location being more busy/seeing more traffic and therefore this locationa pre roll stock is shiesty at best. Well.. I wonder why..Overall Summary: Go to the Longview Marijuana Mart. Its worth the drive in price quality and customer satisfaction.. This location was sadly put to shame in all regards relevant and important to any true any budd smokers. I was thinking it would be a mirror copy of The Longview Location... Boy was I wrong and extremely disappointed.Word of advice to owner & management here: Please take my positive criticism in the right way and go drive 40 mins south to your sister store/location then come back to your location and you'll see why I wrote this review. I will update this review when I revisit as a mystery shopper in the near future I expect alot of changes to be made here next time I visit or this review shall stand.

Don't accidentally go somewhere else. Make sure you hit Marijuana Mart... you'd be sorry when you got home and realized you were sold something not because it fit what you asked and were looking for, but because they wanted to get rid of it cause it wasn't selling or they had allot. At Marijuana Mart you are sold what you ask for. If you ask what they smoke, they are honest and take your time or rush it fast, it doesn't matter to them, they're there to help you out, not sell you stuff.
