I placed an order for some cannabis to be delivered. I was told it would take 60 minutes. An hour and a half later a completely stoned and/ or drunk driver showed up at our house. My girlfriend went outside to pay the driver instead of myself (I was in bed sick), but was told that I needed to pay because I placed the order. He was rude to her and when I came downstairs he had driven away. I called MG and spoke with a young woman who was also rude and completely unprofessional. Incidentally, I had ordered from MG once before and received cannabis that was old and dried out. TOTAL STONER OPERATION!!

Awesome customer service !! First time buying and the process was fast and easy ,The lady that helped me over the phone was so friendly and the driver was fast and they keep you updated on the time on arrival with text message. Let’s not forget the weed selection are out of this world chronic stuff and I’m very picky ,Love them I’ve tried many deliveries and Marin Gardens are number one . Will be ordering from them from now on .

Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Diverse product selection for various budgets, a lot of local brands. Staff are always patient and attentive. Ordering online is easy! Appreciate the genuine customer service especially with sensitive medical issues. I love that Marin Gardens contributes to the community and donates to local charities. +Discounts! It means a lot they do everything possible to make affordable and safe cannabis available while supporting low income, seniors, and veterans, etc. I received a 25% discount with my first order and was gifted free accessories (rolling tray is my favorite) The drivers are discreet and professional!

I am giving three stars for the professionalism and prompt polite deliveries. I have tried 5 different orders and been happy with two. It seams the strains a hundred a quarter ounce and up are good quality. But the deals are not deals. On the last three orders I opted for the 80 a quarter strains and the vape pen oil. I expected them ( except the extract) to be lacking in something for the price but was hoping for a decent deal..did not expect poor smell, poor taste, and grumpy high. First mistake ( loss) was The Cherry Pie. The next mistake was weak low grade vape pens by some place called Absolute Extracts in Sonoma. The final mistake was some pure garbage they are calling Hindu Kush. Not a single Kush like quality and looks like some hack grown out-door leafy, dark green, garbage. In each case of purchasing the 80 a quarter range the Erbs were so poorly grown I can not believe any one with standards would sell them. Extremely low grade bordering on flat out bunk. Over fertilized ( specifically nitrogen) not flushed ( ever ). No smell even when ground, other then musty like an old attic. Unbearable taste. Needless to say the supposed "Hindu Kush" found its way into the trash bin. In summary; Very proffesional, very prompt delivery service . Higher price strains are good quality worth the extra money. The free gram every order is commendable and very cool. I recommend staying away from the " Deals" and the Absolute Extracts, the two cartridges I got were both " emerald cup " winners. Dark, foul tasting, weak 10 min high.

Be careful and check your bag before the delivery driver leaves. They have a tendency to give you less than what you ordered and paid for and then tell you there is nothing they can do to fix it. That's fine because I will not bring my business to thieves. I wonder why they only take cash to! Looks like someone is trying to rip off the IRS. Hopefully they catch Marin gardens and put them out of business!
