So I have come here a few times and I got my medical card here the first time. You are supposed to call ahead apparently so Wednesday last week I did and Robert told me to call back on Monday between 9-9:30am 🙄 I called at 9:10 so I could renew my medical card and I wanted to make a large purchase for medical Monday and was told he would call me back but by 1pm hadn't heard from him so i called and kept being told to call back he was not there and to call back later and then he was at lunch an hour later for another hour, hour and a half the girl said. But by then the time for me to do the medical card would be over because the time for that is 9-3 I was told M-W and so let's just say I was trying to be patient but I have been trying to get in for a couple days now, and come on I want to get my card renewed and make a purchase. You still haven't called me back and it is now the following evening at about 7:30pm. I am extremely disappointed. I was disappointed yesterday and found a different place that takes walk ins and doesn't even charge you to do your card like Marley 420 does. You guys are a joke and have lost my business. I will tell everyone I know how rude you are and how you don't even return calls to medical patients. I called back looking for Robert like 3 times, I'm sure you have caller ID.
