Terrible. I went in to find a CBD for my dog. The sales person sold me a CBD and told me it would be good for my dog. Right after I paid I asked how much should I give him. The up front people told me not to give it my dog it could kill him. I asked if I could get my money back I was told no. Now mind u I never left the register. I said I bought this for my dog and the sales guy knew that. The sales guy then came out I asked him about it and the up front guy started yelling at him for it. But however would not refund me. First and last time I will ever step foot in there business. Terrible terrible coustmer service and a way to cheat a customer. Which I told them what I was looking for and for who. What a rip off.

Ive been coming to the dispensary consistently for the last few months but today because they could not scan my valid passport even after asking for a manager or owner said i cant enter with out a state id. I actually work for another dispensary with a valid work i.d with my dispensary on it and full name and they were extremely rude in suggesting i have a fake passport in good condition wont shop here again.horrible customer service and parking do not bother coming👎🏼👎🏼

This is by far one of the top 5 worst dispensaries that I've been to in the area. The parking situation is always a nightmare despite having someone directing traffic. While they have a great variety about 90% of the time when I walk in there knowing what I want they're either out or don't have the quantity I want (Buying multiple smaller quantities becomes more expensive). Generally the staff is very rude and lacks actual customer service skills. Today was pretty much the last straw with this place. I come in and while they're only letting four people in the store at a time there was no social distancing. People are clearly going to get sick because of this place and it's not safe. When the sales person helped me I was told that I couldn't examine the packaging. I had no way to verify that they were getting me the correct items. Spent $140 to come home and find out that half my order was incorrect. Which isn't surprising considering that the guy helping me was clearly too high to be working. I will be contacting the state of Washington about this whole experience on multiple levels.

So I have come here a few times and I got my medical card here the first time. You are supposed to call ahead apparently so Wednesday last week I did and Robert told me to call back on Monday between 9-9:30am 🙄 I called at 9:10 so I could renew my medical card and I wanted to make a large purchase for medical Monday and was told he would call me back but by 1pm hadn't heard from him so i called and kept being told to call back he was not there and to call back later and then he was at lunch an hour later for another hour, hour and a half the girl said. But by then the time for me to do the medical card would be over because the time for that is 9-3 I was told M-W and so let's just say I was trying to be patient but I have been trying to get in for a couple days now, and come on I want to get my card renewed and make a purchase. You still haven't called me back and it is now the following evening at about 7:30pm. I am extremely disappointed. I was disappointed yesterday and found a different place that takes walk ins and doesn't even charge you to do your card like Marley 420 does. You guys are a joke and have lost my business. I will tell everyone I know how rude you are and how you don't even return calls to medical patients. I called back looking for Robert like 3 times, I'm sure you have caller ID.

I had the WORST experience with a bud tender woman with dreadlocks and a face mask. Not only did she rush me after every item I picked as if I were taking too long, after I chose some things she told me I could not get any more, despite having less than the ounce for flower limit. She rushed me and picked up random things with a small %, getting agitated when I would rather see something else. She really could turn a person off from ever coming here ever. Where there are usually nice budtenders, the woman with dreadlocks and a face mask was beyond rude.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a cheap 1/8 that'd get me high and the nice lady that was helping me gave me exactly what I wanted and even took the time to examine the packages and give me the one that had less stems in it without me even asking. I told her I didn't care but she still went out of her way to do so when she didn't have to. I respect that work ethic, it's a rarity these days. Excellent customer service, it felt more like a small town neighborly shop than a store in Kent.

Usually have a great time here. There is one woman who wears too much make up and has a nose piercing and straight short hair with thin leggings, I will not be coming back because of her. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a cartridge and her back was turned and she said there are 3 other f++++++ng people behind the counter and I asked her again.. and she turned around and slammed her hand on the counter saying "what do you want." It was very rude and kind of ruined my morning. Get better employees.

The best despensary ever!!!!And also they have cheap stuffs that the why I love here tho😉Of course the staffs are so nice and polite even there is at least one staff at the parking lot. It also helps me a lot!!!Anyway!!! Come to visit here!!!!

I love this store. Marijuana has helped me with my seizures and anxiety. I have only met welcoming staff here. NEVER any problems, I know exactly what I want, they mark their prices including tax so I pay the same amount every single time. Wasn't like that ever at a store in Maple Valley. I drive from 40 minutes away to come here.

Colleen and staff are awesome! I had an issue with a cartridge that I had purchased earlier that day and she told me to take it home and try it and if it still wasn’t working for me to come back and they would exchange it. I went home and gave it a shot. It tasted like motor oil so I took it back and the store was busy but she had one of her employees help me pick out another cartridge so I went ahead and bought a second one as well. Side note they have the best prices on everything. I felt very taken care of as a customer. Thank you Colleen and team you have a customer for life.
