I got 60 bucks of shatter and wax. go home stuff tast just like Butane. I go in and tell them about my complaint. They didn’t do anything for me. Bad Business I told him try any of those right there and they will taste the same and he probably already knew and didn’t even try. Last time I go here. I don’t Recommend anyone else going to. They just money hungry and give pot shops a bad name. They forgot the stoner way. Children run the place. Zero Stars!

After visiting many other dispensaries in Bakersfield I have come to the conclusion that Mars Collective is the Best and #1 in Kern County. Always high grade products, a huge selection and a staff that is very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm so glad I use Mars as my Medicinal Collective....they have become like family to me...😜❤

I've been going here for over 2 years now. So that should say something in it's self. I always get super good service. They always have a good selection to choose from. The Bud Tenders really know there stuff and have never steered me wrong. I get a senior discount witch is nice since I'm on a fixed income. The security guy's are a little bit off the hook but that's okay. No just messing with you guys. There really polite and professional and depending on if they have been sampling the product or not can be quite entertaining. Hope they let me in now. I'm heading that way. Luv all you guys down there. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the good work !!!!!! Now I gotta go and get my Meds....... P. S. They have excellent customer appreciation days. Rock on !

Please DONOT WASTE your hard earned money here...I bought 50 $ indicia ,when I came home I was worse than the Mexican weed used to smoke 10 years backITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SOLD ME DIRT WEED,AND THEY CHARGE TOP SHELF PRICES...BEWARE of THE TWEEKER SECURITY GUARD,HE WILL START FIGHTING YOU...SELLING DIRT WEED,WILL NEVER COME BACK

I've been a regular at mars for a while and it's normally pretty chill with no issues, but there's this one girl, Misty, that works behind the counter who is just awful. Every time I go in and she's there, all I get is attitude and dirty looks from her. She has skipped over me when I was next to be helped about 4 times now. 3 in one visit. I don't know if I'll be coming back if something isn't done about her. It's rude and disrespectful to treat a loyal customer that's been giving you their business for so long, with such terrible quality customer service.

They have no medical idea what they are talking about! They aren't sure if in some there is chemicals or others they're not. The music is way to loud, the professionalism is very low standard....it's all about getting high there not healing! AND they never have what a lot of people need on certain ones that they sell, it comes and they tell you possibly in a day or two for sure we will get some in and weeks even months go by and they still don't have specific's.
