I don't smoke much anymore, so I went in for the high CBD low THC carts and a couple prerolls for a camping trip. After getting settled into camp I decided to light me up a payroll as a rare treat and their "xj-13" that was RECOMMENDED to me for it's piney flavor was straight dirt weed. I feel completely taken advantage of. If the people I'm camping with hadn't brought something else, they'd have messed up my whole vibe on the trip. They take ZERO pride in their work and especially their product. If you have a choice I HIGHLY(pun definitely intended) suggest you go to the other shop in Kirkland instead.

Are you just visiting WA? Do you live in WA! If your not going to Mary Jane for your products your making a huge mistake. Great prices! Knowledgeable staff any questions you might have they got you! Huge selection I mean massive an there always bringing in the best of the best! If your in a rush don’t stress they always staff accordingly you can get in an out quick, or stay a while an let the experts guide you. You can thank me later :)

If I can give it more than five stars I would, great service great recommendations, Jason was absolutely awesome. I came in tonight not expecting anything other than hopefully getting some edibles and was warmly welcomed by everyone at the store. Definitely recommend to go the extra mile(s) to stop here - you won't be disappointed at all. -friendly Canadian stoner

i love this place so much. i’m here almost daily, just the energy is on point. everyone’s relaxed and knows what they’re talking about when it comes to pot. they have a person who’s great at everything so if whoever’s helping you doesn’t know, someone there does. only reason i have 4 stars and not 5 is because i’m really sad they don’t sell nails. just bought a piece and the nail shattered before it even left the bag. their return policy is nonexistent unless you’re buying an e dabber with a bad battery, but i am really thankful they were able to start selling glass in the first place.

As a woman ran business, I've always been surprised that I haven't seen female budtenders here- and the guys are 7 out of 10 times douchebags. They have SOME good products and promos, but Ive had too many experiences with bad service over the years to continue my business here. The last time I went in to use my rewards discount, the guy tried to tell me it was expired but "he would let me use it anyway", even tho it was still good thru that day. BTW, rewards discounts don't have an expiration date at any of the other places Ive shopped.

Had to edit my review to stars after they elevated cartridge prices. They do not offer 1g cartridges for less the 50. The going rate is to start one gram cartridges 30-36. Depending on location. Every dispensary with a Seattle address sells for the price I mentioned. Higher leaf just 1 miles east sells 1gs cartridges starting at 45 including avitas brand. I don't think any oil should be over 50 a gram no matter what it's delivered in. But I guess some people can't do math. Two grams at 85% for 30 each, or one gram at 95 % for 60. That doesnt make sense to me. Unless you have a low tolerance oil is oil it gets your high and is either sativa or indica dominant strains don't really matter % thc and golden or clear color is most important to me. Just cranking up base price for oil will keep me with bad review.

Visited multiple recreational stores in the east side area and can honestly say the customer service at Mary Jane is the best!!! Multiple bud tenders recognize customers by name and always helping out to get deals. Never feel pressured, never feel rushed, these guys aren’t high and unhelpful, they are always upbeat and friendly. Good times.

Great prices, selection, loyalty rewards and knowledgeable budtenders. Plus, much of their staff seem to have a medicinal-oriented mind set. If you're in the neighborhood you should definitely stop by and check it out!**Edit: they also offer daily specials, and have "happy hour" (4-7pm) specials every Friday and Saturday**

I have always really liked this place and come here often until tonight! When I pulled in the guy at the door was yelling at someone in a car he clearly knew using a large amount of Profanity. This is when he decided to snatch my wife's id from her wallet before she could even grab it out all the way. Then he just so happen to be the person to help us I planed on spending a large amount on a few different things (marry Jane has good selection) I was even offered a discount if I bought to specific things! But at check out we did not recive a discount! Needless to say after how we were treated tonight I bought 2 things and will not be returning update:he did not give me the right thing that I paid for I will be calling first thing in the morning
